Their periodic reports on seasonal issues are informative, and I find them helpful. Second, they have never pressured me regarding additional treatments. (Grub treatment, or thatching for instance). They let me know the extra treatments are available, but there has never been any pressure to use them. This is distinctly different from my last service, who seemed to call me at least once a week, and was the reason I stopped using them. So, I am a very satisfied customer.
