When i disputed the bill i was treated rudely. Then instead of offering corrective action or waiving the bill. I was put into debt collections and harrased and threatened. I have used them for two years and the organic spray worked well. They Leave the sign at the end of the driveway stating they sprayed but offer $25 referral bonus on it. I referred my mother who used them twice and we were bug free. I asked about the $25 and they said I would get it in august. I called in august and was told i would get it in November. I called in November and was told the beginning of 2021. I multiple times and they kept dodging the $25 referral. I was then told that with the referral the customer needed to use them three times, but they were sending the check. I received a flyer for early purchase with a discount, but did not sign up as I was waiting on the referral money. After multiple more calls, the check never came and they stopped servicing the area...Lyman which is 25 minutes away from them. The product worked well, the customer service was not good. read more

Had them for 7 years before this year, when they were 3 to 4 star. This year they have overapplied broad leaf weed killer so heavily in several areas that the grass died. One area is a triangle about 6' x 6' x 8&1/2'. They sprayed tick and mosquito repellent all over edible blueberry and raspberry bushes. They walked off our property and sprayed into the neighbors woods. They underapplied lime granules near evergreen trees, but evenly spread them over our double-wide driveway. read more
