The job took a few hours, and I was told to wait 2 weeks before rolling down the windows or touching the tint. I am super pleased with the work. First, it's really dark, and the privacy is greatly improved (see attached pics). Second, the tint I got also have UV and Infrared blocking flilm, so my car is SO much cooler in the summer now. I'm saving fuel efficiency by not running the AC so hard now. The guy who did the tint did an awesome job and was very patient and knowledgeable when answering all my questions. No complaints whatsoever. Note: I had the tint done around the end of 2022. I think something happened to the guy who did my tint because MGA is at the time I write this looking for an employee to do tints. (I'm waiting to do my F-150 with Mad Guys.) All in all, I'm very satisfied. The pricing is good. I paid $275 (including tax) for the work on my focus. I was quoted $285 for the same job on my truck. That's a good deal for the results. They also are not the type to just work till close and go home. We received our proof after they closed. I.E. These guys will stay late to get the work done. They have rush options and can get your sign done within a few days I believe. Anyway, not too much can to write about. There are a lot of sign and advertising places from what I've seen here in McAllen, but if you need one quick and are debating where to go I wouldn't hesitate to try this place out.

The "Manager" was verbally abusive, demeaning and aggressive after I told him on the phone that the final price was different from the quoted price of two of my photo prints. The Manager not only treated me terribly, he treated Simon terribly. So, not only does this "Manager" believe in baiting and switching prices on customers, he believes in abusive customer service. I'm forced to believe that by Copy Zone employing him, they support this type of behavior, too. Needless to say, I will not stand for any form of abuse, nor misogyny, especially as a customer. This is completely unacceptable behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COPY ZONE AT ALL. If you need printing services, I advise going to one of the many other places available who will treat their customers with dignity and respect.
