Mr. Garcia's plight and problems may be due to severe financial distress, IRS judgments and debt originating for tax evasion and fraud against the U.S. Federal Government, or as of late, open arrest warrants from the City of San Antonio Police Department. In short, he is counting on defrauding you to pay his IRS debts, solve his liquidity problems, stay out of the poor house and avoid bankruptcy. ASAP Renovating Solutions claims to warranty its work, er, stand behind its work. However, this is an outright lie. After Lou and Tammy summoned the SAPD to a job site, they then disappeared for good after the police escorted both of them off the job site; neither have been seen or heard from since. ASAP Renovating Solutions refused to correct a long list of problems stemming from its sloppy, incompetent work nor did it offer a refund for its half-arsed job. There have been several witnesses to Tammy and Lou outbursts. They not only argue, but yell at customers so it cannot be a rare occurrence where ASAP Renovating Solutions insults, threatens and defrauds its customers. If you're unconvinced, check police reports from the San Antonio Police Department, SAPD-20180520059 and SAPD-2018-520854. I can provide all the dirty details of the sloppy, unfinished, contracts, photographs of the atrocious work, an actual handwritten list from Lou himself acknowledging he wasn't finished when he walked off the job, and video taped evidence of he and debbie in the act of committing the crimes. Luis was running late when he came to look at my rent house, But he called me and let me know that he was 5 min out. After that he was always punctual. They painted my rent house inside and out, They were neat and fast. I was worried that my floors and concrete slab on the driveway would have paint droppings on them, but they were very clean. His guys stayed late one Friday evening just to make sure my job was on time and finished when he told me it would be done. I was very impressed that I was always able to contact him via txt, email, or just calling him on the phone. he did work for us In 2016......He I installed tile floors in our living room and hallway plus he completely refurbished our bathroom including custom built vanity and shelves. It is absolutely beautiful. We were so happy with his work that we hired ASAP Renovations again this year. This time he repaired all cracks in our home plus painted every room in our house. I knew I wanted something done with the living room beam but wasn't sure what. At his suggestion a cedar was.put in and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Tammy and Lou really went out of there way to help us out with our room addition. We had contacted several companies getting bids for our daughters new bedroom. All the other companies included a hall way, and in my opinion is just wasted space. However the Garcia's plan worked much better for our household. We converted part of the master bedroom into my daughters new room, leaving my husbands closet for her use. ( By the way she loves her new room. ) And built my dream master suite instead. And recommended new plumbing hardware gave us practical and economic Solutions. ASAP Renovating Solutions has painted the inside of our house, the outside of my father's house and his rental property in the past and they just finished totally repainting my father's rental property on the inside from the baseboards, cabinets, doors, walls, and the ceilings. Lou build a wheelchair ramp for me. He designed it in a way that my wife can still use the steps. Lou is ex military and you can tell by the way he runs his company. There was a board that started to twist and turn on my ramp a few months after he built it, I called him and he came out the same day to fix it. I don't blame him for the slat twisting, it was the way the wood was milled that caused the issue. Lou fixed it and refused to accept any money for replacing it. He is a Stand up guy read more

ASAP Renovation Solutions has been my handyman/major repair company for around ten to fifteen years from painting entire houses to repairing plumbing leaks on two floors of a duplex that required sheetrock replacement in several rooms and closets. if Luis misses anything, he is quick to come out and fix it to your satisfaction.
