Vigil N Sons was one of the few contractors that didn't turn their nose up at my small job - many of those I reached out to for quote either ignored me or came back with "we aren't doing any work with an estimate less than $20,000". Aaron was extremely easy to work with, and I'm a very picky individual. He went out of his way to make sure I got the cabinets, flooring, and colors all exactly as I wanted. He was happy to provide suggestions for what could be installed but was also equally happy to use the materials I specified within the provided budget. He originally quoted 3-4 days to complete the work once it started, and even with inclement weather getting in the way, he still got the work completed in 3.5 days. I've waited a month after the work was completed to write and post this review, and I have to say the level of quality started out high and has remained that way. Everything has remained solid, the flooring hasn't developed any creaks, and everything is still securely assembled. I will certainly quote any future work with them first and foremost, and highly encourage anyone else to do the same!

Several times he stated he would come later that afternoon, but never showed up and did not communicate that he would not be coming. Mr. Manny was then scheduled to install our gutters on the morning of June 24, 2026. Prior to that date, our contractor had already paid him in full because the contractor was going out of town and wanted to ensure payment was handled before the work began. By early afternoon on the scheduled installation day, we had not heard from Mr. Manny, so I called him. He answered and stated that he had forgotten about the appointment and thought he had intended to reschedule it. At that point, I informed him that we would be requesting a full refund since no work had been performed. Mr. Manny stated he would be back at the office around 6:30 PM and would call me regarding their refund policy because he was unsure what it was. When I asked if there was a manager or supervisor I could speak with, he advised that he was the only person involved. I questioned why there would be any confusion regarding a refund when no services had been rendered, but he continued to state that he would call me back. When I had not received a call by 7:30 PM, I contacted him again. He told me he was still about an hour from the office and would call me back in an hour. He never called. The following morning, my calls went straight to voicemail. Calls from my husband's phone also went directly to voicemail. I sent a text message that was ignored. Mr. Manny has also ignored multiple attempts by the contractor to discuss returning the funds. At the time of this review, the company has been paid in full, no work has been completed, multiple appointments have been missed, promised callbacks never occurred, and communication has completely stopped. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company. **Update:** Shortly after posting this review, Mr. Manny contacted me by text message and phone. Rather than discussing a refund for the contractor who paid him in full, he repeatedly asked me to remove my review, stating that I was "never his customer" and that I was just the homeowner. Throughout our conversation, I made it clear multiple times that I am **not** asking for money personally. I am asking that he refund the construction company that paid him nearly $4,000 in full for work that was never performed. The contractor has even offered to absorb any legitimate expenses if Mr. Manny can provide receipts showing he had already purchased materials or prepaid labor, as he claimed. To my knowledge, no such documentation has been provided. Instead of resolving the issue, the focus of our conversation remained on having this review removed. I will gladly update or remove this review once the contractor is refunded for services that were never rendered. Until then, I believe this review accurately reflects my experience as the homeowner involved in this project.
