If you can't to the job, just say so and stop with the delays. 5 hours and counting and no communication from Chacon to me or AAA dispatch. They are only about 10 minutes from where the car is! I guess good customer service is lost on this company. If I could give no stars that would be the rating they get for the way they have handled this. Received a call from the driver at 5:14 am (4 hours later) and the excuse was someone dropped the ball. You think? How do you not handle all calls to your business for service. Not a good excuse.

Apparently they did not have the tools ie a jack to switch the flat with a spare and sent the service call back. Funny thing they failed to mention this to me or my insurance company even when I called. The girl on the phone lied saying brhey would be there in 20 mins and the next girl said they did not have the tools. 2 & a half hours later still waiting for another provider. So incompetent. Never use or call these guys.
