The fact that they openly refuse, and told me multiple times that my belongings will be "thrown away", is a direct violation of Texas law. I also have them recorded hanging up the moment "medical documents" were mentioned and refusing to speak further when asked to confirm their policy. They now send every number I call from straight to voicemail--which says a lot. I was calm, polite, and only asking for my baby items and my medical paperwork. Instead, they screamed at me, lied about the law, and repeatedly hung up. The owners have children of their own, yet showed zero compassion toward a pregnant woman just trying to retrieve ultrasounds and essential items. I will be forwarding the recordings and screenshots to the proper regulatory authorities. This business should not be allowed to treat people like this.
