He immediately returned my call and he and Misty were at my house within 15 minutes to give me a quote. They told me they would be out 5/28 and they were right on time. They did a BEAUTIFUL job removing all the dead limbs, cutting the tree away from power lines, fence line and my rooftop. They exceeded my expectations! They were in a fenced back yard with no way to get a truck or equipment to get high into the tree yet they made it happen! Main guy James is crazy, screaming at me in my yard. Here is the story. Tornado's snap/twist tree in half. I got his info from my insurance company as someone that works with insurance, since I didn't have the money to pay upfront. I talked to Misty and him both about having them deal with the insurance. That I didn't have money to pay upfront and then file later. They agreed that was the best way to do it. They then took a picture of the agents email address to send everything to it, so I didn't need to do anything. Then they kept telling me the days they would show up, then they didn't show up (with no phone calls). Finally, 4 days after the last time they told me they were coming, I called and asked if they knew what their schedule was, being very polite. Sounds like they removed me from the schedule completely, if the mutters I could understand are correct. He then said he would come later that day. They show up and their guys are talking to me. I mention that they were supposed to grind the stump, as apparently no one had been told. The main guy James comes up with his phone that has a "contract" on it that we had apparently "agreed" to. It only shows it being cut down, nothing about it being ground down. I told him that he and I talked about this with Misty present. As well as the man (I then pointed) standing there. He started raising his voice that I had agreed to a contract. I told him I never saw this, no one has been by or even called us (part of the problem). He then scrolled down and went, "oh yeah, it hasn't been accepted". Meaning that we haven't seen it. But apparently that didn't matter. He then just kept repeating what was on the "contract". I pointed out he had just admitted it had not been presented to me. He screamed back, "that's right"! As though he had made a point. lol I said I wanted what he had promised, and that he would work through insurance like he had said when he came out last week. Oh, sometime around then, when he was muttering about prices, I think he was trying to charge me around $650 now (as a discount), then come back and grind the stump for $150 later. It ended with him screaming at me, then telling his crew to pack up and leave, that he's not doing this for free. As though having insurance pay FAR more than is warranted, isn't a bonus. Because his estimate was for the ENTIRE tree. Oh, as well as for clearing out the branches in the back of the yard. Samaritan's Purse came by and cut down the part of our tree that had fallen on our porch, blocking our front door, leaving only 20-30' of tree left. As well as the stuff in the back. Oh, his crew had stared cutting down the branches, so now we have these huge limbs all over our yard. I'm a disabled veteran with spinal injuries taking care of my 85year old mother. Something like this is difficult for me to handle physically. Be VERY careful if after reading this, you still choose to do business with him. He is either dealing with serious anger management issues, or perhaps suffers from some chemical imbalance that he needs medication to stabilize... And is not taking them. Anyway, should you still decide to proceed, I recommend recording everything you discuss and agree to in the beginning, then you have something to refer back to. Talked on Sunday to James about what I was looking for. Limb removal and clean up leafs from yard. Told me he would do it. Called Monday and said he would do it but demanded payment to begin. Paid him but he only got tree limbs out of yard and then told me he's not a landscaping business so he doesn't clean up leafs. He then told me that he didn't remember talking to me and what we talked about. Then said I could take him to court if I wanted to. Clearly his profile is false because he demands payment before work; probably because he knows he won't do a good job, and also lied about talking to me so clearly isn't honest or church going. Hire them if you want half the work for agreed upon full prepaid price. read more

I am so happy. The Beets/Dunn family with ASAP came and cleared the jungle around my house and touching my roof. They cut and pulled down trees around the fencing. The company trimmed and fell my trees safely protecting mine and my neighbor's property. They even cleaned up areas not part of negotiated work areas. I can walk around my shed now. I sent the message requesting for both tree removal and yard work which he then talked to my husband. My husband asked specifically for limb removal and leaf clean up and told him if he can't complete this task to let us know. He said he would take a look and when he did he said he could complete the tasks. He demanded we pay before he starts his services and so we did. Yet he only cleaned up the trees and said for him to do the leaf clean up it would cost an additional $150. Do not pay for any service with this company until they complete. Make sure to have in writing what he will complete. He also yelled, cursed, and told us to take him to court. This is not the type of business owner you want to be dealing with. read more
