This is absolutely the worst Ford dealer Ive ever dealt with. They will never answer their phones…read moreor emails. I had to show up at their dealer to get any kind of service. I had to get warranty work on my Shelby here. They had my car for over a month, just sitting in the parking lot without giving me updates. When it was time to pick it up. My car battery was dead and the car was flithy nasty. I still was asked to bring it back to get the stripes put on later. After going back and forth with them, they kept the car longer to finish the work. When I finally got my car back, they did a crappy paint job on the additional stuff I paid them 400 euros to do! I had to take it to another paint shop and spend another 800 euros for them to fix the trash work they did.
I also tried to bring my Focus for warranty work as I had to ship it back to the states and they are the only dealer I found around Wiesbaden to work on US spec cars. I had to drive to the dealer as the emails I sent went unanswered and they never answer their phones. They took my information, told me they would contact me, and never called me back or anwered me again. I ended up shipping my car with the open recalls (an ecu flash and check the doorlock, that was the recall) as this dealer is lazy and doesnt do their job.
Avoid this dealer. You will get the worst service, never get your answers, they will hold your car forever and give you crap work.
