Had it for another week or so and the transmission decided to go out. No big deal. Gave it back to service center for them to fix because it's part of the 1 year warranty. After about a month with no update about how long it's going to take I decided to get involved in trying to see how long it's going to take. They said they had ordered the wrong parts and that they had no idea when the new parts would be ordered/arrived. Chased them around for another few weeks trying to get answers then they finally said they ordered the transmission but had no idea when it would arrive. Another couple weeks goes by they finally get the part then tell me they don't know when it will get fixed because they weren't going to fix it in there shop due to being busy. Mind you I've been waiting 2 months at this point. Another week or so goes by and they just keep stringing me along not knowing how long it's going to take yada yada yada. They finally tell me it's at a different shop and the maintenance has started. More issues with the vehicle and doing quality insurance drives. Finally after 2.5 months. I get the call that it's done. I go in to pick it up. A nice lady is helping me and then Edward Armstrong walks in. He's being very aggressive with me for no reason telling me that if anything else happens with the vehicle to take it elsewhere. That's not the deal. I have a 1 year warranty with them to fix it is what I said. He decides he wants to square up acting like he wants to get physical and aggressive trying to tell me how to be a mechanic. That's not my job. The individual finally walks away. The nice lady at the counter had no words. By far the worst customers service I've ever had. The worst I've ever been treated at a place of business. I go back in to give them the courtesy vehicle keys and ask for this individuals name. He comes flying in acting aggressive again like what did he do wrong. I tell him. Tell him it's the worst customer service I've ever had. He continues to be disrespectful and smug about it and walks away. Absolutely flabbergasted that this took place.I would not recommend using this company for a used car.

Of all the shops I called, they were the nicest, most accommodating and the price was nice. I had replaced the same size tires and a similar brand (not Chinese tires) three years ago and paid much more per tire. They had it done in under two hours and the car rides amazing. The guys also knocked out a 35 point inspection to give me a little peace of mind that my aging SUV is still rocking solid!

Brian is extremely professional and knowledgeable and walks you through all of the (many) steps required when purchasing a vehicle overseas. If you're dealing with USAA while purchasing a new vehicle, that's a different story. Do not fill out the loan pre-approval online...call and immediately ask to escalate to a manager....trust me...the regular loan people will tell you they do not do overseas loans, even though they most certainly do (with MAS purchase). It's the only frustrating part of buying a new car in Germany...everything else is made easy with Brian's help!

After they received my money, my account was transferred to a delivery coordinator, she has acted as a roadblock to information and progress from day one. I was told by the manufacturer that they had provided a tracking number to Military Auto Source (MAS) so I can track the progress of my vehicle, my delivery coordinator was unable to provide the information, blaming their transportation department. I can not figure out what their transportation department does since the Manufacturer handled all transportation. When I would call, my calls went directly to voice-mail and the calls were never returned. After several months, my lender threatened to raise my interest rates because MAS had not delivered the vehicle and couldn't produce an ETA accurate enough to satisfy the lender. My delivery coordinator continued to ignore the problems her and her company were causing. The local dealership where pick up was scheduled was more help than the people I was buying the vehicle from. MAS is the most unethical company I have ever done business with and advise others to avoid them as I will do in the future.
