Another couple weeks goes by they finally get the part then tell me they don't know when it will get fixed because they weren't going to fix it in there shop due to being busy. Mind you I've been waiting 2 months at this point. Another week or so goes by and they just keep stringing me along not knowing how long it's going to take yada yada yada. They finally tell me it's at a different shop and the maintenance has started. More issues with the vehicle and doing quality insurance drives. Finally after 2.5 months. I get the call that it's done. I go in to pick it up. A nice lady is helping me and then Edward Armstrong walks in. He's being very aggressive with me for no reason telling me that if anything else happens with the vehicle to take it elsewhere. That's not the deal. I have a 1 year warranty with them to fix it is what I said. He decides he wants to square up acting like he wants to get physical and aggressive trying to tell me how to be a mechanic. That's not my job. The individual finally walks away. The nice lady at the counter had no words. By far the worst customers service I've ever had. The worst I've ever been treated at a place of business. I go back in to give them the courtesy vehicle keys and ask for this individuals name. He comes flying in acting aggressive again like what did he do wrong. I tell him. Tell him it's the worst customer service I've ever had. Of all the shops I called, they were the nicest, most accommodating and the price was nice. I had replaced the same size tires and a similar brand (not Chinese tires) three years ago and paid much more per tire. They had it done in under two hours and the car rides amazing. I need a fog light lens for my car because the safety inspectors won't pass my car for the crack EVEN though the light works (yes, crazy I know), when I came here for a quote they are told me the the price to order the lens was $250!!! Can you believe that? Just for the lens!!! The other part I found ridiculous was that they said they do NOT install any part they order because they will not take liability for any damage to the car.
