I was told $138 as I was a "new" patient. I went to that appointment in December, was charged $141. Ok... I did not get a printout of my visit as I was told they were having problems with the system. I joined their "health plan" for $49. Was charged twice. I had to cancel one at my bank. I returned in January, was charged the $51 the plan stated. I did not return for another appt due to having pneumonia. In February, I was sent a bill stating the $141 was not enough to cover my January visit (it took you 2 months! You had my chart in front of you when I paid for what I had done!), now you want another $85!! They then proceed to turn it in on my credit report as $100!! I will never return to this office.

They were able to take an x-ray. Give my mom a Cortizone shot in her knee. The man at the door I wish I would've got his name. He was outstanding. I pulled up. He greeted us at the car got a wheelchair for my mom checked her in while I went and parked the car and did the same when we exited the building what a fantastic gentleman. The woman that helped us I think her name was Trish Tricia, Dr. Tricia, who gave the Cortizone shot and spoke with us was outstanding well educated clear speaking just very kind human. My mom was pain-free within minutes after having the Cortizone shot and was able to walk into her apartment building by the time we got home.

I was going for my knee, but they believe aline the back and everything is fixed. At the end of what was supposed to be xrays the doctor came in did a brief exam. Then the assistant asked me for $50. I said I have insurance, no this is a special normally $475. but with a coupon, (what coupon) It was only $50, but I had to come back to get that price. Somehow I would be paying the $425. and no insurance mention. They did take my insurance cards and ID. I didn't go back, because I know the routine. Some people probably get relief, but when a patient repeatedly says I've had this before, LISTEN. I tried to pay the $50. over the phone, no I had to come in.
