Our child was brought to Dr. Reynolds to ensure that they were okay during a high-conflict divorce. Still, instead of focusing on our child's care, he prioritized gossip and conjecture about my husband and me, pitting us both against one another. Without conducting formal evaluations, Dr. Reynolds labeled me with a disorder to my husband over the phone behind my back, going so far as to tell him that he should fear for our child's safety. He did the same thing with me regarding my husband. These baseless diagnoses, built on limited information and hearsay from his staff, who can "sense mental disorders," caused unnecessary fear, conflict, and harm. The irony is that although my husband and I are in the middle of a high-conflict divorce, we both agree on one thing: Dr. Reynolds is a danger to families in vulnerable situations. Even more troubling, the painful and invasive trauma assessment Dr. Reynolds conducted on *me* (remember, we took our child to him for evaluation, just to ensure he was alright) is missing from his detailed records of our sessions together. His notes reflect a biased and inaccurate narrative that misrepresents my mental health. He also failed to document his admissions of unethical behavior and his apologies for the harm he caused to our family when I booked an appointment to confront him with these concerns. Rather than focusing on the patient--our child--Dr. Reynolds fueled division, made disparaging comments about other medical professionals, and engaged in gossip. His actions caused emotional distress, worsened an already difficult situation, and ultimately failed to address our child's needs. If you are looking for a competent, ethical psychiatrist to support your family, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Families in vulnerable situations deserve better than the harm and chaos Dr. Reynolds leaves in his wake.

I kept asking could he do more than give me the same antibiotics, but he told me that's all he could do. No cultures and no ultra sound not even a urine test. Then told me it was a muscle sprain. I finally saw my Primary doctor, who took me seriously and did testing. It was not what he said, and now I have to go see another specialist, have incurred numerous medical bills, and still have to pay him for misdiagnosing me three times. ladies trust your bodies not these doctors. Especially Dr. Romero, even after i wrote him telling him he was wrong no response. I will never go back to his office again. Kicker, I tried to pay my last bill my FSA card didn't work what did they do. Did they call me?? no they sent me a letter saying my payment was overdue and they would send it to collections if I didn't pay. horrible service. I had to call them just to find that out and pay. Try another OB/ GyN I know some stand by him, but after what he did with me. I will never trust him and wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Thanks to this wonderful doctor she discovered she was pregnant (I believe she told me by 6 or 7 months) with me and told that while a tilted cervix makes it a bit harder to become pregnant it doesn't make it impossible. This man caught me when my mother gave birth and became my GYN when I turned 18. I am now 25 (at the time of writing this) and wile he has retired from the baby catching part he is still great at his job. I trust him completely and no he is not creepy. He does have a very light accent but it doesn't make it difficult to understand him. He is tall but like I said very kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a GYN doctor.
