There was less than a 5 min wait to be taken back to a private room. The first thing that was done every visit was a heating pad applied to my shoulder, I was given some home exercises to do, and it was explained to me how to do them along with pictures. I had deep massages done every visit, and the doctor was very personable, I think I enjoyed going there more just to talk with him. Along with the therapy and cortisone shots, I have been pain-free for 3 months.

I've been going for about 6 weeks and the pain went from excruciating to almost non-existent. The office experience was great until he hired a new scheduler, that's only been there 9 months vs. my 3 years of being a patient with ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS! For aqua therapy he doesn't change the water as frequently as it should be done. I've found it filthy, with a ring around it, patch work at the bottom of the pool which makes it uncomfortable and floating insects sometimes. Depending on your disability, Ive witness derogatory comments, slow service and misunderstood patients. I do not recommend this facility period. There is now an ACTIVE COMPLAINT BEING PLACED AGAINST them.

However, after having hip and back pain for 6 months, when a friend told me he's seen Dr Steve for years I thought I might take a chance. Dr Steve is a very kind man, I told him how nervous I was and he talked WITH me, not at me, explaining everything which was going to happen. I have to tell you even more honestly, when we got to the adjustment part, it was NOTHING like all those crazy things you hear about! As a matter of fact, I thought to myself- I don't really see how this is going to help, it doesn't seem like he's doing much? After a few moments he told me we were done for today and I could get up. When I stood up and took a few steps I was in disbelief at how different I felt! It was like I fit into my body better and everything I had been feeling the last 6 months was gone. But I arrived at the new location 10 minutes late. I wasn't told of the change in address. And because of that had my appointment canceled. I took time off of work to accommodate the early morning appointment. They could have still saw me but refused. Very disappointed with the level of service and the poor communication. I won't be using there services again.
