Every time I go see Joe, he gets all those muscles to release and gets me back into alignment so I can enjoy wonderful sleep again. Recently, I injured a muscle/tendon in my elbow from overextending stacking firewood. I was told by my doctor I needed a Cortisone shot, but I was reluctant to do that. After just one treatment with Joe working on that area, it's SO much better. With ice, heat, and a few more treatments I should be good as new.
