So I would message him AGAIN... saying "PLEASE DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME"! Never to be heard from again! I tried again today...YEP, no response whatsoever. With me even asking is there a reason he doesn't want to do my hair? So here we are! I normally wouldn't do this, but it is making the entire SALON look bad! I would give zero stars if I could! She was forced to remove the heinously thick clumps of acrylic herself after the nail salon refused to safely remove them & they were causing her immense pain. When she returned to the shop to speak with the owner on the phone about her botched nails, she was met with abhorrent customer service, rudeness and humiliation as they insisted that her nails were fine and didn't need fixing. I was on the phone the whole time & heard everything. The way these women spoke was unacceptable, so mean and dismissive of a customer. Do yourself a favor and go to a nail salon that respects their customers and doesn't put their health and safety at risk.
