The team of physical therapists that have helped me have been outstanding. They both have been very knowledgeable and helpful in me trying to rebuild muscles in both my shoulders to hopefully avoid two surgeries I might require. I feel that both my therapists are doing a great job on my behalf to help me reach my goals. It's refreshing to feel so completely comfortable going into a clean and well staffed physical rehabilitation facility as I've suffered with many high risk health conditions that have left my immune system compromised so it's vital to my health that they are strictly the best and cleanest facility that I can feel comfortable going to for my physical therapy. What a imcompatant reading. My Coyxx was surgical removed. The report did not say anything about the sharp edge on the sacrum from where the Coyxx broke off and seperated and it was slowly carving its way out of my body everything I squatted. Nothing was mentioned about S-1 bone on bone to L-5. But let's focus on the stool that seems to be entertaining. This May 2026 I had to call 911 because my spine went completely paralyzed and I fell straight back and bashed my head onto a wood wall. My extremely fragile Lumbar thats failing was hit by several hard objects. No one seemed to be listening to me. A young man in the ambulance ride told me all people my age have back pain and fall. Im 63 and suffering from a butchered lumbar surgery at L-3,4,5 & S-1 and without any cages for support by a different hospital in 2024. No one checked my pupils for a concussion or checked my head for bleeding. They did a complete CT of my body and said nothing broken and sent me to the lobby to find a ride home. No one addressed the main reason I went there. Completely paralyzed while being conscious. Nothing in the CT said anything about my entire lumbar and entire cervical failed fusions are retrolisthesis and anterolisthesis which is deadly. No one mentioned the root of the problem with the two bone spurs on the posterior side of C-6,7 that are pushing into the dural part of the spine. The next day I had another paralyzed attack and this time I immediately got on my hands and knees to lay down so I dont cause more pernament injuries. I already have Cauda Equina Syndrome which is considered emergency surgery that no one wants to help me in Michigan. Having both multi levels of retrolisthesis and anterolisthesis at both fusions and neither fusions have bridged on the side. It's going to be a very painful death before I go completely paralyzed and I also suffer from cervical vertigo and there are two different kinds of vertigo. Mine happens when i turn my head to the left. Since both fusions are turning sideways at different directions at each end is beyond painful with horrible symptoms. This is the same hospital that misdiagnosed me in 2013 for no cord compression. I had 45% cervical cord compression with cervical mylothopy. 2 bone spurs and 2 disc inside of my spinal column. With this said, the hospital hasn't changed since 2000, it just has a new name tag.

Immediately given the impression that none of them care about anything you have to say. Wait time for every appointment was always at least 1 hour, often even longer. If concerns are voiced to office manager, be prepared to get called in for an appointment to meet with the practitioner to be verbally attacked. A 1 hour or greater wait time is normal to them and people should not complain (on what planet?). Rude signs posted on entrance door to patient rooms stating if you don't have good personal hygiene you may be refused treatment. When sick or in need of help, no appointments available for at least a week or more. Cannot stress enough how absolutely unprofessional and awful this office is. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to put enough emphasis on it. The ONLY reason I gave it one star on the review is because it requires at least 1 star. If not, I would have given it 0 stars. It deserves less than 0 in the professionalism department.

We proceeded into the room after he finished and then told us that he didn't mind us being there but we don't need to be in the hall. (We were only there to allow my dad to use the bathroom) I Mentioned that we didn't mean to be out there but it seemed that he didn't want us there period. He had a rude gesture about it and said "oh ok". Dont take people here you care about!

My brother was transported to McLaren ER on 6-12-26 at 6:45am after being found at home by his…read morewife, non responsive, drooling and unable to move any of his extremities. He is her caregiver as she is on hospice. She called 911 to get him to the hospital. The only down side of this experience thus far was the ambulance crew who wanted my brother to get up and walk to the ambulance stating he was just hypotensive. Being unable to fulfill the request the put him in a rolling chair to get him out the door. Once to the hospital Mickey was his Nurse and did a fabulous job. I was called back after about an hour and had explanations of different tests that were going on. He had absolutely no movement in his arms or legs. I contacted Dr Majjhoo from McLaren Flint as I was a previous patient of his with a ruptured aneurysm. He stated the tests that need to be done to clear him of any stroke or aneurysm. He spoke to the ER doc and it was done stat. The ER doc also ordered CT of chest, abdomen and pelvis. She stated all were read negative. There was some LLL PNEUMONIA and atelectasis. They were going to do blood cultures to rule of sepsis. Admit to 6E and hospitalist will take over. I am a REGISTERED NURSE so Mickey and I were bouncing ideas off one another as I said pneumonia does not cause non movement in all limbs and horrible neck pain. Spoke to Dr Majjhoo again and we agreed on a neuro consult by Dr Norris. He came to the floor immediately and ordered MRI of his neck and head. Once results were back he said he needs a Stat consult with a Neurosurgeon. We were grateful we were getting somewhere. We stated we wanted Dr Kremer and he walked in the door within minutes. He took a look and did an assessment on my brother and said let's go look at the MRI. He said this is very serious and he needs surgery immediately as he had blood, or clot or pus at C5 and 'C6 that was pushing on his spinal cord that needed to be relieved. My brother agreed to the Emergency surgery after Dr Kremer explained risks, benefits and outcomes. He was immediately wheeled down to the OR and was greeted by the entire team. Procedure took 3 hrs and he was able to evacuate the hematoma and restore his movement. In recovery he was moving all extremities and doing very well. He was transferred back up to the floor where he has received exceptional care from Emily, Marissa, Erica , another aid on nights who is very good! PT, housekeeping were always available. Dr Kremer consulted with Dr Rayes out of Flint who was also willing to accept the patient if Kremer felt he needed an angiogram of his cervical vessels. Dr Kershen was consulted for urinary retention and his issue was addressed today. His food has been quite tasty and dietary is always absolve for the patient. His pain will only get worse the next 2 weeks but we are prepared for this. Life throws curveballs at us and I was impressed with the coordination of all of the team members at Bay and the communication with Flint Doctors to help manage My brothers care. He will need more surgery but he will have to heal from the decompression first. He can't say enough good things about everyone he has come into contact with this far . Please let all of the staff, physicians and surgeon know they are greatly appreciated. There was never any rush to walk away from us, but always detailed explanations and plans moving forward. We appreciate them all.

An older man came in worried about his wife, after speaking to the receptionist he became very upset and agitated. She explained the rules of not standing by her desk, "its hospital policy" which agitated the man even more. When he was finally able to go back to see his wife, the receptionist tried to explain where she was, but by this time he was much more agitated. She finally just said then you just go back and try to find her!! And she was not nice about it. If you are dealing with anyone in an emergent situation you need to be patient, she definitely was not patient, kind or sympathetic!! I restrained myself from saying something to her! I have been listening very closely to any other person that is approaching her desk, if shes rude again, I will say something to her!!!
