I've spent plenty of money in their shop, but after this I will never be back and I won't recommend them anymore.

So I decided to bring it here so that they can tell me what was wrong or if it was fixable. I informed the front desk clerk that I needed my ac checked and that it was blowing hot air. He said I could leave it and they could check it that afternoon. First of all they did not get it back to me same day. I call that afternoon and no answer went straight to voicemail so I passed by and saw car was still parked in same spot the next morning. I called again the following morning and the guys stated they were going to get to it maybe by the afternoon (this is 2nd day already). They finally sent me an estimate and stated it was going to cost over $2k just to fix my vehicles ac which is a lot more money than what my little old car is worth. It was ridiculous. I have attached the estimate so that y'all can see how they charged me. It was way over priced. Then I go to pick up my vehicle and the guy in front said it would be $125 I was confused I informed him I thought it was free ac check and he then stated he had to pay his guys some way and that that was referenced only to checking the Freon and that he should of been more specific. He then stated he would see what he could do so then he charged me $105 after a 25% discount. I don't know if it was just because I was a female but this wasn't right at all they either need to take the sign down or be more specific up front. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Or if you do go hear make sure they are specific and write everything down before you leave your car.

Three (3) overhauls and over $10,000 later, I'm currently seeking a REAL transmission shop to fix my truck because my transmission went out again!!! Oh, and the warranty after the intial overhaul went down to 1 yr/12K miles and it doesn't cover hard parts? Whoever heard of that crap!!! Every other shop in Baton Rouge area covers hard parts. So we take our time to drive quite a distance there, & to give them business & THAT'S how you treat us? So I called & asked to speak to Steve (manager? owner?). I said, "Listen, let me explain my hubby's situation. It was not right how you handled this. Why didn't you just call him? We would have waited to come." He was not even apologetic to me. Kept repeating "things were out of my control"..and then, after I told him it WAS in his control to call and let us know ahead of time that we could've delayed the visit/work...he hung up on me. You can tell/see they are now giving you low-quality tires for a high price. We compared prices with Walmart, and it was pretty crazy how much the difference was. At Walmart, the tires are $80 a piece; here, they were trying to charge $140 a piece. Depending on their mood, it will give you your money's worth. We just came here to get 3 new tires a few months ago, and the total was $300, and they were great. Now, all of a sudden, it'll be $560 for 4 new tires. When I pulled up today, I could tell by the energy they didn't want to do any work, and they were just trying to get over on me. Maybe it was because I was by myself, so they thought I may not know anything since I'm a woman. I went ahead and got my one tire that needed to be replaced and tires rotated since I didn't have the time to leave and go to another place, but they can count on me to never return. I did not appreciate this type of service as a whole especially considering me and my boyfriend have been coming here for years and recommending people to come here. I'm understanding of our economy but low quality and trying to charge high quality pricing is disrespectful.

I called one week ahead of time and set up an appointment for an inspection, computer issues, some…read morerepairs, and an oil change. Dropped the car off at 9am on a Saturday and spoke for 15 minutes to the guy there. He wrote down everything I wanted done and my contact info and said it was absolutely no problem. I called around 4pm only to find out that not only had they not even looked at it..apparently they didn't even know why the car was there! They promised me to take care of the computer/inspection and the oil change by closing. I get there and the place is closed down, all the cars including mine are UNLOCKED WITH THE KEYS STILL IN THE IGNITION AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO THE CAR ALL DAY! There was a hand held device still hooked up into the computer of my car so I hung around for 20 minutes pondering what to do. Luckily the owner showed up (went out to buy oil) and after talking to him for 5 minutes realized HES GOT NO IDEA HOW TO RESOLVE MY COMPUTER ISSUE (the tune interferes with my inspection. However my old mechanic in NY can solve the problem in 5 minutes flat), AND HE WAS PLANNING ON BLINDLY RESETTING THE COMPUTER! (probably erasing my 500 dollar tune in the process). Then the kicker... after having spoken with him and his other employee on three separate occasions NEITHER OF THEM WERE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE THE FACT THAT THEY DON'T EVEN DO INSPECTIONS THERE! THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I EVEN WENT TO THOSE IDIOTS! According to them I never asked for an inspection. Amazing! In the end I'd sum it up like this....they are nice guys that don't really seem to know what they are doing, how to communicate with their clients, or how to run a business..at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone. In fact I would worry about your car getting stolen while there. VERY VERY AMATEURISH in every aspect.
