We called the day it was listed and came in and looked at it. It was on the rack for inspection since just delivered. We said we are interested and want to test drive as we never owned a land rover. We exchanged numbers. They texted us the next day Saturday, Monday, Tuesday with status updates and to answer questions i had. We were supposed to test drive Monday then they said wont be ready until Wednesday. Wednesday they tried to push to Thursday and i said Wednesday is better. They said ok. Then 15 min later they texted sorry someone actually bought it last Monday. What?????? We talked almost every day since listed and they kept pushing back on us looking at it again. I will never consider a land rover now or ever recommend to anyone after this experience. At least from this dealership and employees. If they were trying to make a quick buck and just trick us into coming by, it backfired and they will miss out on several future sales. All they had to do is communicate with each other and us and be honest but I'm not going to do business with a company that can't communicate or that tries to take advantage of me.

I had earlier changed her battery, but her car still would not start. I found Russell's Auto Repair on Yelp and I drove to their facility. When I got there, I spoke to Michael and told him about the car troubles. He reassured me that he would take care of the car as quickly as possible so my daughter could be able to get back and forth to school and work. He recommended a towing company, and I got the car towed that morning. Shortly after they got my daughter's car, I got a call back from Michael letting me know the problem with it and the cost. Within three or four hours, they changed the starter and went over her vehicle for any other issues. The cost was very reasonable and the professionalism that Michael portrayed was well worth going there. Thank you again for getting us up and going in such a short time. As far as real markup on a vehicle, the vehicle selling price is based off retail and the profit is based off the last deal it was purchased from. Used cars have a trade in and retail and I highly doubt Royal Nissan is retail to retail on their deals.
