They are a brilliant, flexible, friendly team who went "above and beyond" to help me out and fulfill my requirements, keeping in contact throughout the course of the job and making sure I was happy with progress along the way. They are also a lovely bunch to work with - very good at client relationships; treading that difficult line between listening to the client's needs and wants, but also inputting their own expert design ideas. They do web, print, branding and basically anything that involves design, and are fast establishing a reputation as one of Birmingham's best design companies. Likemind (reviewed here too) is simply my favourite Friday of the month and Katie & James, until recently ran the coffee & chat morning. I love the work Supercool do but also love the attitude. I've met their interns and their employee who seem to take the same absolute pleasure in their work. I know of their design work done for Dance Xchange (who I heard raving about the work), Virgin Balloon Flights and Style Birmingham.

It took over 2 months until our Landlord returned our deposit because of the uncleaned flat(which he took pictures of to prove). We ended up having to pay our friend to go and clean our flat 'again'. He also took pictures of the awful mess it was left in by this so called cleaning company. We spent weeks trying to get ahold of them, asking them to go back and properly clean it or return our money. When I finally was able to speak to the manager, he talked over me, actually yelled at me and the hung up on me. None of their contact numbers worked and when we sent them letters, they always got returned to us. Parts of their website are unfinished and unprofessional. Please don't trust this company! We just wanted to warn any other potential customers!
