When I wanted changes to the foundation they wanted to charge me for a new plan. So I called around and found Ash. He was twice as fast and had my first draft the day after. The firm does inspections and then puts prices and bids foundation repair jobs and then recommends a company to do the job. This company takes twice as Long and has no reputation or names on the trucks. To top it all off it is not a method of repair that is up to date with the times. Mr Ash only recommends the drilled piers because it is the only thing he can cut off of the profit Mr Ash is recommending this 1960 method of repair for 10 ft piers. The piles go twice as deep.
