We hired Ash to sell the Arcadia family home owned since 1961. Good bones but it needed a lot of clean-up and clean-out. The very time I met Ash was about 10 years ago when he spoke on behalf of one of his clients at an Arcadia Planning Commission meeting when I presided as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Arcadia. If I recall correctly, he was speaking in favor of his client that was building a gazillion-dollar mansion in Arcadia, the city Ash has confidently built a glowing reputation in as the BEST OF THE BEST.
