Massage and Bodywork that directly engages and manipulates a body's tension points to release tight, restricted, and unhappy areas. I work closely with your body's energy and take cues from the information you and your body provide such as where the points of tension are located, when you first experienced the pain, and when you notice the pain flaring up. Everything is connected. I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy (light touch w/ specific pressure points releasing tension around the body's connective tissue, and the Central Nervous System) and Visceral Manipulation (gentle, manual manipulation of your thoracic & abdominal regions to better help the body breath, move, and function). I am not shy about adding pressure, encouraging breathwork, imagery, deep tissue, and stretching. During each session, I utilize many massage techniques, modalities, and practices. During most sessions, I also incorporate hot towels, stones, and if requested, infrared light. Massage and Bodywork should not be a luxury, fluff and buff celebration; instead, a part of your regular self-care and healing. Most clients will book every two weeks as they begin their healing revolution and as you and your body become more connected, notice you're sleeping, breathing, and moving better, drop down to once a month. History

Established in 2020.

I have always been drawn to this work. As a child, I loved to untangle anything that was knotted up. I also loved to work out with the earth, digging out rocks, splitting & moving plants, and balancing the feel of natural materials. Turns out, my own body & soul got rocked as life happened & I turned to alternative forms of medicine to counteract all the chaos I was experiencing. Massage Therapy & Bodywork was the ticket to heal using it to calm my CNS and get my body flushing , cycling, and healing naturally on it's own again. It works! Now, I am passionate about helping others to heal, recalibrate, and connect with the truth of what their bodies are trying to communicate. Each pain, emotion, injury is connected with what & how you experience, process, & move through in life. Each client that comes through is loved, supported, and heard. I am grateful every day for this work and how it has impacted my life, knowledge, talents & the way I see & work in the world.

I just moved into town. I’m a gifted healer who strives to help you and your body to reconnect, feel, and heal through massage therapy and bodywork. I use various massage techniques and modalities including hot stones and towels, stretching, accupoints, guided imagery, breath work, and polarity principles. While I can offer a basic Swedish massage session, I believe to truly work through any physical pain, mental fog, emotional pains and pressures, each layer and system within the body needs to be addressed.
