I used to be a licensed massage therapist and have had tons and tons and tons of body work. This was BY FAR THE BEST massage I've EVER received!  Not only was the therapist's technique and pressure perfect, but her "presence" was awesome as well... and by that I mean she remained "present" through the entire massage.  (Oftentimes during a massage you'll feel the therapist start to drift and go into "robo-mode" where it seems like they're thinking about whether or not they turned off the coffee pot before they left the house that morning.  Not the case at all here!) The location was great... very easy to find, and the rooms were peacefully professional. They had a heated mattress for me to lie down on (OMG!!!) and warm towels to relax the muscles and wipe off any excess lotion.  Honestly, it was absolutely amazing.  I thought it was like a 2 hour massage, but it was only 1 hour!!  It just felt so thorough I thought for certain she had gone over the time!! I am in the wellness industry now for over 20 years. I KNOW a good massage, believe me! I recently had a massage by Dorraine Budke at Massage solutions and it was probably the best massage I have EVER had. It was just the right combination of deep flowing swedish strokes and just enough deep tissue work. When I say, the right combination... I mean you feel fantastic upon leaving and not in pain. I have had massages where there was either way too much pressure and it was not pleasurable and in contrast, I have had massages where you feel that it was a waste of money as the touch was just much too light. Dorraine had just the right pressure so that I came away relaxed but also knew my trouble spots had been relieved. My hectic life and responsibilities didn't allowed me to schedule until a year later after I receive this gift certificate . I never felt so reenergize and lift up after a massage. I had a 90 minute massage from Katie and it was to DIE FOR :) Absolutely wonderful. The location is clean, relaxing, and quiet. I loved the service- the staff are helpful, kind, and professional. The massage was out of this world. I will be returning soon, wish I could go every day to Massage Solutions of Bend. I will become a regular for sure.
