Despite varying ages and mileage, the quality has never been compromised and always of the highest standard. I haven't had any major problems, mechanically or otherwise, and on the one occasion I experienced a minor issue several months down the line, it was dealt with in an efficient and hassle free manner showing excellent after sales service. Ashbrow is the first garage I go to for servicing & repairs and when looking for a new car. I always receive a warm welcome and made to feel a respected and valued customer. I have dealt with all members of the sales team over the years and they all show good knowledge of the vehicles they are selling. Not once have I felt pushed into any decision or the need to compromise on the car I set out to buy. I received excellent guidance about car finance deals and they even managed to get me 7 days complimentary car insurance when I purchased my car. NOTE TO ALL: DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I never wriite a review, but feel I must. Bought an Audi from this place, its in the body repair shop at the moment (selected by me and paid by me), guess what its had a full rear wing which they said was only a small knock on the car. The repair itself was said to be very poorly done and is rusting inside the car. I drive young children in the car, whether the car is safe or not, not sure. 2 Weeks after I purchased the car, I was shouted at by the owner as he didnt like to be told that the car is not as expected. Recently bought a car there, although was recommended not to. Scratches to bodywork were promised to be polished out but were not, FSH was promised on website but was missing, and only 1 key supplied. A new key from Audi £160, refused to meet halfway on cost, this on a £14k car! Not good enough at all. read more
