Most of the sales staff are very friendly and helpful but there is one guy who acts like a used car sales man. He constantly tries to push me to buy things I don't want and has a fake kind of friendliness. Their prices are much higher than what I normally pay at boutiques in the United States. I asked them why their prices are so much higher despite the current exchange rate and he got annoyed. He arrogantly denied that his prices were higher than the US and said that all Hugo Boss boutiques are required to have the exact same prices world-wide. I told him I could prove otherwise with receipts that I have from the US and various approved websites. He was quick to interrupt me and then say that he has been all around the world and that Canada has cheaper prices on Hugo Boss than most other places. For example, he said in Europe, they are far more expensive. I agree that the prices can be higher in Europe BUT he had just said a few minutes prior that all Hugo Boss boutiques are required to have the same prices world-wide...lol. On 2 different occasions, I asked them to order me something from the official Hugo Boss website. They told me that they don't do custom orders and only have what is in the store. LAZY! Lately, I have been going to the US and buying a years worth of clothing all at once. With the money I save, the trip always pays for itself.

Again - there are some treasures here but there are also overpriced Costco items, you've been warned. The store is laid out in a reasonable way, and there is enough room to move around comfortably. I find the displays have the appropriate amount on them so I don't get overwhelmed. They are relatively strict about the consignments they'll accept, so most of the items are in good if not great condition. I like the sliding price, each items price is reduced after a month or so and then again a few weeks later - all of that info is on one price tag. Mostly friendly, helpful staff. Kudos to them for supporting local women through the Cinderella Program.
