I wouldn't be reaching out if I saw the answer in my non-existent lease (because they never sent me the updated one I was supposed to get in January of this year (yes I did ask for it multiple times)). Another great example is an email chain where every email I sent had a valid question about my water bill, which Tasheana gladly ignored, up until I finally texted them this weekend and their response was "submit this to your portal". I can go on about the issues I've had and I'm sure I'll get a response blaming me for everything because they're so perfect but this is just the 2 cents of a girl that lived there for ~15 months

When the inspection got scheduled while I was away on a trip, she even showed up on my behalf to take notes with the inspector and make sure everything looked good! Since I have no family here in Indy, I felt like it was having a sister to help me along the way with both knowledge and moral support, which was SO appreciated. I've actually been looking forward to working with Terry Brown for years. Before he entered real estate, we were coworkers. In fact, he was my manager and mentor, so I knew the knowledge, competence, and energy he would bring when I was ready to buy my first house. And when I went to open houses and told other agents that I was working with Terry, I heard nothing but positive feedback: "You're working with Downtown Terry Brown? Lucky!" I agree! Terry was the perfect agent for me. He always responds right away, he notices small details, and he's well-connected. He quickly gained a sense of what I wanted, and also understood when I changed my mind about certain things. He also has a lot of practical points and creative ideas that helped me visualize living in the spaces we visited. He's patient and easy to talk to, and he has a great sense of humor.
