The lady let us in even though we said we would come back during business hours. She insisted and brought us in, even before having the lights on in the store. As soon as we entered she asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her that I was looking for a shirt to wear to a family function and not be of the color blue. She guided me around the store, pointing out shirts of all kinds. All the while she was asking what I was going to be pairing it with, what color of pants, and if I wanted long or short sleeved. She was masterful, prodding and getting the answers she needed to guide me to the right shirt. And that she did, she brought me to the perfect shirt, short-sleeved, breezy, very comfortable. I have worn it a few times now and have received quite the number of compliments. Now, the price, can be a bit steep, depending on the brand, style, and how new it is. However, I did get a pretty decent discount on the shirt and had some stellar customer service. She also had some pretty great suggestions on places to grab a bite to eat in town and things to see. The shop is small by department store standards, so they don't have everything in stock at all times, but they are more than happy to order something for you. I really love their custom shirt service; instead of being limited by what's on the shelf, why not pick the fabric from a HUGE selection of colors, patterns, and textures, then pick all the design features you want and have it tailor made to fit you. The options are nearly limitless! I have 4 of their custom shirts now, and while they were a fair bit more expensive than off the rack, I also chose super premium fabrics that look really great and are worth every penny. They also do custom made suits, but I haven't tried those since I've never needed a new suit and them not have anything I liked.
