I appreciate that not only the doctors themselves but also the hygienists and people at the front remember you and make a point of helping you, if you have questions or just need to reschedule. I have recommended them to everyone. Both my parents and sister see them now. My parents live four hours away but like them so much they make the drive when either of them needs dental work.

I have no beef with anyone but the lab tech who started my IV. Anyone can see I have small veins in…read moremy arm, yet this tech jabbed my arm and naturally missed the vein. My arm instantly knotted up with blood. Only then did he check the clearly visible veins in my hand and easily was able to get the IV started. All along, my arm was hurting and I turned to look and my arm had bled all over the chair. Other staff members were kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I also have faith in the dentist who will put in my dental implant in a few weeks when the extraction site heals.

I know there probably won't be many people, if any who read them but again, I feel like it's important for me to share my experience so that someone else can avoid it if possible. It's offices like this that cause people to not go to dentists. From the moment we walked in, everyone acted like cold, condescending, pompous, assholes with absolutely no bedside manners at all that you can tell think they're better than their patients because they were able to go to college. They also expect you to be able to pay $4000 out of pocket, up front, day of surgery so I guess you're either rich(which you probably aren't gonna need to go here if you are because the majority of people who need dental surgery are) and get to be pain free or poor and left to die from infection. Which piss me off even more, because you know they're all probably living in big houses and driving expensive cars. Don't bother.

I went to this office because sleep dentistry was part of the services offered, in the end though I did not need this service, Dr Son proved to be as good as his word and extracted four teeth, two broken off at the gum line, with NO pain. I was amazed, I had never had an easier, pain free experience in a dentists office. The staff was attentive and actually listened to my concerns and did what was needed to make my visit as trama free as possible.
