No one ever inquired about my dental problem or whether or not I was in pain, etc. When I managed to clear the financial hurdles (no small feat) and met Dr. Nicole Wright I'm sorry to say I was not impressed. She spent more time talking to her assistant than me and seemed unprofessional at times, including making disparaging remarks about another patient in my presence. When she administered the numbing agent it was completely painless. Her technique was the best I have ever experienced. She also used only the amount necessary for the procedure itself to be painless and did not over use the agent to where my face was numb for hours. The root canal procedure was done very quickly and again painlessly. I have had numerous dental procedures over many years and I must say that today was by far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Moreover, she did everything required in one session and not requiring additional procedures on another day. I told Dr. Munn that her dental work on me today was fabulous and I was going to tell everyone that should they require her services, I wholeheartedly endorse her professional quality of care. The front desk staff was kind and efficient. Took care of my paperwork and got my dental card scanned. Then the dental assistant took me back to do an assessment and took additional xrays. She was kind and detailed in everything she was doing. She even brought me out a warm blanket since they keep the office cold. I met with Dr. Suttle and he was amazing. He was very detailed with my issues, discussed how they approach things conservatively initially. They have a 4 part approach to their care before they determine if more advanced treatment is needed. Your first visit is with your dental hygienist who spends an hour with you teaching you tips and tricks to do at home to maximize care. The next 2 appointments are your deep cleaning. It has a new name now but I forgot it. They clean one side at a time. And then 6 weeks after your deep cleaning, you have another assessment to determine next steps. They do require out of pocket up front at the first visit but they will assist you with the paperwork for you to submit to your dental insurance for possible reimbursement. They are also extremely affordable compared to others in the area. I highly recommend this office if you are having issues that require more advance treatment.

But when I say fantastic I mean no issues: from walking into the office for the check, to care getting the X-rays and scheduling, to getting my pre med for sedation (two lorazepams = no more anxiety! Hazah!) and them wheeling me in from the car with my husband driving of course, the experience and quality of care is wonderful. I would minus a star because I can't eat anything crunchy until my stitch is removed, but that's my problem from past Jen not caring for her teeth. She was talking to me like I was a child, because I didn't know specific information THAT I DID NOT HAVE SINCE DELTA DID NOT GIVE US AN INSURANCE CARD. But now the big kicker is a bill that I've received THREE MONTHS AFTER MY EXTRACTION, saying that we owe almost $3000 out of freaking no where. We were told that we only owed $600 and some change after insurance, so that's what we payed. and now all of a sudden we're getting a bill (which says late, but how is it a late bill if WE WERE NEVER INFORMED ABOUT IT) that says we owe almost $3000. I'll be calling in the AM to learn more, but this has tanked any good feelings I had about this business. They would never get any sort of recommendation from me to anyone I know.

They assured us they had Nitris if needed. Our first visit was ok. They managed to get some semi-viable x-rays and made an appointment 1-1 1/2 months out to return to sedate her for cleaning. The Dr was O'Brien. When we returned we were waiting in the waiting room for 30 past her appointment time. We pointed out the Dental Tech about the need and discussion around Nitris and she informed us they only did Nitris for procedures, not special needs cleaning. Needless to say, we left with nothing being done.
