I will start by saying I love living here because my apartment is brand new and the grounds are well kept. Before I first moved in I had to do a complete walk through of my apartment to see if there was anything that was left undone or fixing by it being new construction. There were a few things that needed to be corrected. The good thing is that as soon as I reached out to Manager Christinna Vega, she got everything corrected ASAP. By the way, just so you know she such a sweetheart. She cares about the residents living here and she does everything in her power to make you happy. I love that about her!..(-: Johnny, I can't say enough about him either. He is like an energizer bunny. (-: He's making sure that everything is in order in your apartment, also making sure you are happy with everything in your new home etc..If he has to correct something that was suppose to be done by the construction company, he is there before you can blink an eye to make it right!.. He's just that efficient!..Anything you need he makes sure that you're taken care of. Then there is Raven Carr. She instantly responded to my email after the construction guys installed my new washing machine and didn't turn on the water. She immediately called Johnny and they were like a tag team. She called him and he responded ASAP..This is why I say, if you're looking for a nice, pleasant, peaceful, brand new apartment, with a great management, and maintenance staff, this is the place that you definitely want to be. Thanks again Christinna, Johnny, and Raven for all that you do. I appreciate you guys so much..Oh, and by the way the valet trash is picked up Sunday through Thursday starts after 7:00pm. Also, management is extremely easy to get in touch with. Walking trash to the dumpster is not an issue since it is a fairly small neighborhood, but walking my trash to the dumpster and still being charged $30 for "valet trash" is definitely a problem. I was told "there is nothing I can do" my management at the leasing office and was provided an email to a corporate manager. The community also charges a fee for internet and the service is TRASH. For whatever reason, the modem was placed in the master bedroom closet and the signal doesn't reach out to the living room as it should. The tv buffers ALOT. We are not the only unit to complain which displays a clear issue with the service. Moving into a new complex, I figured we would be the test dummies but I also feel like management should make some alterations.

My A/C was out for months, the laundry room flooded multiple times, my shower handle literally came off, and the closet shelving completely collapsed, dumping all of my belongings on the floor. I also dealt with a constant infestation of gnats and tiny black beetles. I spent hundreds of dollars on Zevo traps just trying to make the apartment livable, and the infestation never truly went away. The outside of the property is just as neglected. Trash, leaves, and debris sit around the buildings and wooded areas for weeks, creating an unsanitary environment that clearly contributes to the pest problems. Management was rude, petty, and dismissive whenever issues were reported. They repeatedly delayed repairs, told me I had time to resolve my balance, then later threatened eviction anyway. To make matters worse, after I signed my lease they claimed there was an error and increased my rent by about $200 more than the amount I had signed and agreed to. The apartments may be renovated cosmetically, but they're cheaply done and poorly maintained. Between the bugs, broken fixtures, flooding, maintenance delays, and management's attitude, I would never recommend living here. Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else.

However, when I lived here I enjoyed the car care center located in the back half of the apartments. I'd just pull up, bring my own supplies and I'd soap up and rinse of my vehicle! So nice to have! Management and maintenance have been inconsistent and frustrating to deal with. The trash compactors are frequently full or overflowing, and the breezeways are often poorly maintained. My air-conditioning unit was out for approximately two months before it was finally repaired, and I received no compensation for the inconvenience. There have also been ongoing concerns about missing packages from the package hub, despite cameras being located throughout the property. Car break-ins have also been a serious concern. At times, it feels like the property could use its own police station because of the amount of vehicle-related problems residents have experienced. Getting maintenance issues addressed can feel like pulling teeth. For what residents are paying, I believe this property is seriously overpriced compared with other communities offering better amenities, better surroundings, and more responsive management. I cannot wait to move somewhere that offers better value, better service, and a better overall living environment. And as for all the move-in specials and incentives being offered, based on what I have seen, I have to wonder whether they are being used because the property has difficulty retaining residents. Management also seems to be a revolving door, which only adds to the inconsistency. I've actually found a great place here in Conyers, and I'm just counting down the days until my lease is up so I can move on. Think carefully and do your research before moving here. I wish I had.

The complex is riddled with stray cats and they continuously tear through your trash (that valet is supposed to get but that's only when they feel like it of course) & leave a big mess to clean. The property is not secured nor is the mail room, and that's why packages get stolen. Always expect little to no response with any issue you are having. They even lied to a detective about a stolen package case, (which the detective confirmed) so understand they are not above lying. They also don't mind switching you to a different unit after one has been solidified if you haven't moved in yet. The maintenance issues is a whole other problem. The maintenance staff is nice, but a lot of things in the unit seem looked over and it's been a lot of unnecessary inconveniences. Aside from extremely clogged and dirty drains, the toilets randomly (nothing clogging) overflowed twice and the water soaked through to our bedroom. The first time I was told it wasn't an emergency as if the water wasn't literally flooding the bathroom; so I had to use my own towels, blankets, etc. which of course had to be thrown away. The window seals CONSTANTLY produce mold because there are so many openings and cracks that need to be filled, they just aren't. It's so many other things, I'm not sure if they're just cheap, don't care or what; but they seem to be more concerned with the landscaping to make it "look" good.

I was very concerned for My Health living in the Substandard conditions that included Mould, Roaches and Filth. I asked could I just pay the apartment complex the penaly for breaking the lease? The reply was no, I had to go to court. Less than 3 Days after the Rockdale County court handed down the judgement I paid the fine of $1840.00. After Meadow Crossing cashed the Bank Check they Sold the Fraudulent Debt to National Credit Systems who have contacted me for payment. I have attempted to have this error removed from all credit records by contacting Experian credit reporting to no avail. The business is given a certain amount of time to respond and even though that time has elapsed, I still have not heard from Meadow Crossing as to why they have put this fraudulent information into my credit report or from Experian that should have provided me with the reply from Meadow Crossing. I am writing this as a warning of what could happen to your credit rating by Meadow Crossing and how Experian is complicit in not following policy and providing a reply and correcting this mistake as they are supposed to.
