I found items missing (glass on only one of two vehicles), requested revision two times and nothing was ever done. Noted ridiculous coverage amount on our Homeowners Policy for Personal Property (close to $500k). I don't have gold bars in my sock drawers. You pay for that additional coverage! I was in my final stage of purchasing a home and my previous insurance agent (one I quoted online by myself) decided to disappear off the face of the earth all of a sudden. I gave JC a call at 3pm and he was able to help me find better coverage for approximately $600 less than my previous quote. After cancelling my life insurance policy with Farmers in May 2025, today I received a letter from Farmers notifying me that my policy is active. Just a letter saying it's active -- why would it be active again? so they can resume charging me for a policy I don't want? I spent an hour on the phone with customer service, and their response was "oopsie, that must have been a miscommunication". How do you accidentally miscommunicate in a way that reinstates a canceled policy of a former customer? I'll keep watching for more letters and surprise charges.
