I stopped in to see selectio of seed looking for the same beans I have grown for years and figured that it was slim chance that they had it. They asked what I was looking for, I told him and he said I was dumb because there wasn't a such thing. He smarted off saying he has done this for 30 years. Well I just found what I was looking for at another location and I been doing this for 50 years! read more

Ma'am I am so sorry that I felt like I had to resort to messaging you on here. I hope that you don't feel like this is an invasion of your privacy by any means. I just spoke with a gentleman at the store and I had a complaint about the straw we recently purchased. What I thought would be an open conversation turned out to be the most disrespectful conversation and attempt to resolve a customer complaint. I have never faced a situation like this and I am absolutely flabbergasted at the customer service I received. I remained as calm and collected even as the gentleman laughed at my concern several times. I may not be one of your big clients by any means but I am just so disappointed. We always try to buy from locally owned places and have heard great things about Ashland millings and this wasn't my first purchase with you all. Even at work we have used your products throughout my tenor but after the conversation I had with the gentleman and the service received I hesitate future purchases. At this point it's not even my initial issue I had with the straw, it's just the utter disrespect I received. Again I apologize for reaching out like this but I just felt like I needed to be heard. read more
