Today 08/10/22, I didn't see the same sales attendant. I walked around the store looking for items to help get my baby to stop digging at himself. What I purchased on 8/6/22 didn't do the trick, the cone was too large and the "Yuck" spray didn't stop him from licking. Ugh!!! I returned the items. Today on 08/10/22 a gruffy man with long hair and a beard that was unkempt, was working the register. His tone of voice was rude and condescending if the gal was working the register I would have waited for her to take care of my return and purchase. I would have stopped and waited for her to be free. He spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was doing and talking over-top of me. If it was possible to only deal with the grooming staff, I'd be glad to stay a customer for at least as long as Tori was there, maybe even longer. However, after multiple instances of rudeness from management and floor staff, I am now on the search for new groomers. The big problem we've had is that grooming hours start an hour before the store opens, so when I'm picking up my pup after her grooming and trying to pay for the services, floor staff are clearly frustrated that I'm in the store before it opens even though it's because of their store's grooming hours. (And on multiple occasions, I have offered to wait until the store officially opens to pay, and that has been met with rudeness as well.)

What I thought would be an open conversation turned out to be the most disrespectful conversation and attempt to resolve a customer complaint. I remained as calm and collected even as the gentleman laughed at my concern several times. I may not be one of your big clients by any means but I am just so disappointed.
