I hired Redesign Properties to facilitate the remodel of our business office earlier this year. I chose this firm immediately based on my initial contact with Doug McFarland. He was extremely versed in design, showed practiced professionalism and was clearly interested in the big picture (designing an attractive, comfortable and practical workspace) rather than trying to sell us furniture and fixtures (the uncomfortable objective of a few other firms who advertise office design services.) His ideas and drawings were comprehensive, detailed and showed a keen understanding of the unique practices of our particular business. The design process was extremely efficient and I was very pleased with the final drawings. My experience with the construction contractor I hired was somewhat problematic and I could not have asked for a more attentive advocate than Doug.
