Citing B.S. excuses like this is a special order, and the flooding has caused delays, etc, etc. Every time I called for an update conveniently they guy who orders those mattresses was not there, the customer service was horrible. I like to support the American owned and operated small businesses, but this is the first and the last time we will be burned. Busting the time which they promised was not that big of a deal, but when the owner made excuses, and would not give me my money back, that sealed it. Horrible business practices I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know spends their hard earned money here.

They were both rude, gruff, and downright unfriendly. Not to mention the fact that when you would ask a question they were both too busy texting on cell phones to help or even seemed interested in what was going on around them. To make matters even worse while browsing I witnessed them both loudly threaten and harass a pregnant woman for parking in front of the store in a clearly open shopping center. She left in tears. Feeling very put off we went down the road and found better deals and more efficient help. Worst customer service ever! It's my fault I didn't check it once it arrived because I was new to the area and I was excited. Now that I have had the couch for a few months and started to rearrange my furniture I am noticing nails sticking out of the back and unfinished pieces of the couch. It is a beautiful couch but don't sit on it because you will sink. I never sit on this couch or lay on it for this reason. Buyer beware.
