I'm not a doctors type of person. I've had the same primary care for 7 years, although I wasn't thrilled with him, I had no reason to change because I wasn't there enough to care. The thought of changing was not thrilling to me. I saw Nurse Practitioner Ericka Matzen at this practice and she was LOVELY! So were the staff! She was fairly new to the practice, but she made me more comfortable in one visit then my previous doctor had in 7 years. I lost my father last Christmas. It's sometimes very hard to talk about along with my mental health and the staff and Ericka made me feel very relaxed. Had no issues whatsoever with medication reordering, and also had my physical done. Was very thorough with her questions and physical. It wasn't just a look at your ears check lungs and heart and that's it, which is awesome. Overall very lovely and sweet staff, great friendly atmosphere. In my personal and professional opinion do not knock a NP, ever! I know people want to see the "actual doctor" a lot. But NP's are more use to the hands on bedside care that doctors may not focus on so much. After all they were once nurses!!!! I 100% recommend Ericka!

I feel he is the best urologist I could ever find. Unfortunately the office operation is the worst most disorganized system you can imagine. You cannot leave a message for the Doctor directly. Twice this past 6 months I have left messages on the nurse call back option and no return calls and no response on the patience portal. During the 1st bad experience at the end of all the options, you could reach a person in the reception area which a did and after 5 days of no response. Today the option does not exist, I had to press the number for a hospital or doctors line to speak to a live person which I did after 4 days of no response to both my voice message and patient portal. I their effort to save money they have taken a great doctor/patient relationship to the lowest level of health service. Robert S.

You can never get in on a same day emergency visit when needed. There's little to no follow up. And I have to call twice almost always on calls/messages I leave. I know all doom and gloom, but otherwise the majority of staff itself is very friendly and pleasant. Corporate rules and guidelines are the trouble here.

Then when I asked to be switched to another doctor I was told they didn't know how to do that and that I should look into finding another doctor's office altogether. these people are the absolute worst when it comes to being professional and treating their patients with the respect they deserve and taking the issues they are dealing with serious and they don't do any of this. My dog's veterinarian is more professional than this gaggle of half-ass medical so-called professionals. Don't go here do yourself a favor and find an office where the doctors actually care and treat you with the respect you deserve.

Since I had spoken with Capitol Imaging who sent the report I was put on hold for 20 minutes to await stressful results. Run, do not walk away from this practice of surely over worked and underpaid nurses doing the work of doctors. Don't encourage sub par patient care while corporate makes big profits.

She has invariable made time to listen and to counsel me on a variety of issues, gave me immediate referrals to specialists when I requested a different GYN or surgeon.
