The bill was over $1300. I complained, and they gave me the name of another spa company. New company replaced the oversized pump - turns out that the pump that LAP installed was 6x more horsepower than what was needed.

My point is that it is not place, product or price that dictates good service. It is policy and personnel. Today I was buying new mattress from Mankato Mattress Man (Ben). We bumped into a store policy that I considered archaic, in appropriate, unnecessary and a barrier to my doing business with Mankato Mattress Man. Ben said I would like your business here are two things I can do. One is I can work out a work around so that this policy can be tabled. Two and I prefer this approach is that it will take me a minute or two to explain why this policy is in place. I said since I have been treated great to this point, since I want this new mattress, and easisest workaround seems to be explanation go that route. Ben did. I bought the mattress. So if you are looking for a new mattress you can probably find equal products, equal prices in Mankato market.
