I expected more professionalism, and timeliness…read more The pictures are taken in a makeshift studio in the basement. When we arrived we initially had to wait for owner for about 10 minutes and when walking down to the basement my husband tripped over a Dunkin drink left on the stairs with our newborn. The basement was very messy, the workers were dressed in pajamas but despite this I kept my hopes up. I will say the overall photography of our newborn went well but what I really disliked was that it took a week to get the unedited pictures of our baby for selection, and in the policy after our initial selection we should expect another 5-6 weeks for our edited pictures. Yet by week 7 we didn't hear anything back until we reached out ourselves via email and a phone call. Until then we finally received our pictures a couple days after. As a business you should really stick to the timeline initially provided and if their is a delay to notify the customer in advance, it shouldn't have to take the customer to reach out multiple times. Or if a mishap happened to offer the customer a discount, extra pictures, or something to accommodate for not sticking to the contract. It felt that everything was on the owners timeline the entire time with no consideration. I was so scared for a moment that I wasn't going to get my newborn pictures that I paid around ~$200 which are really once in a lifetime pictures.

She specializes in cake smash and bath splash, maternity, newborns, families, and military photos. She is great at communicating with what you want. I asked her to help me with my daughters first birthday and wanted to do a cake smash. She asked me what I wanted and also gave a ton of great suggestions and ideas. She provides the cake for the cake smash, had the perfect decor for the set, allowed multiple wardrobe changes, and a splash bath session afterwards. She was so patient and fun with my baby. The session was a blast. I got the photos about a week later. She provided touch ups of the best photos, provides you with all the digital copies and includes a slide show to share with friends and loved ones. Her prices are amazing for all the effort, decor and quality work. I've had many photographers and she is one of the best!
