I was scrolling through Facebook and happened to come across this post from Nicoletta's about the St. Joseph's pastries, and I knew I had to make the drive to try them out! The owner is incredibly nice, and put aside six of those pastries for me so they'd be ready to go once I got there! The pastries themselves were incredible, and reminded me exactly of how they would taste at my Italian bakeries back home in NJ. The cannoli cream and custard creams were delicious, and the dough itself was phenomenal, airy and light. I can't wait to continue to support this business more!

I have attended a wedding here in the spring when the corn field across the street is bright green and swaying in the wind, absolutely gorgeous. But I just had my wedding here last week surrounded by the autumn foliage and it was a breathtaking backdrop for such a quaint chapel. The lighting inside is perfect, there are large windows which overlook the country and allows beautiful golden light to shine through. My photographer didn't even need to use a flash on his camera, the lighting was perfect! The business owner, Carolyn, is the sweetest and takes care of all of the reception catering, she also makes the wedding cakes! She made my cake exactly how I wanted, I am so please with how my wedding turned out. Also, the prices for the rental of the chapel, as well as catering, are so reasonable. It made it possible for two college students to have a lovely wedding without going into debt! Imagine that... From our very first contact, Elizabeth's hospitality, professionalism, and clear communication stood out. She was attentive, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process. She even went above and beyond by creating a beautiful family crest for us and arranging to have it displayed on the marquee--a special touch that meant so much to us. On the day of the event, she worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was taken care of. Her pleasant demeanor, willingness to assist, and ability to anticipate our needs truly made all the difference. Our Thanksgiving gathering would not have been the success it was without her dedication and guidance. L&S Elegant Weddings LASEWOD Photography…read more When my now husband and I decided to elope, we did not realize how much planning and detail even an elopement would require. As busy working adults, we knew that we would need help in planning our special event, especially around the holidays. Not knowing a lot about Nashville, we were mainly interested in staying in a specific hotel for our honeymoon. We were unsure how to go about planning our wedding but we knew we could rely on Sharon with L&S Weddings along with Ellery (LASEWOD PHOTOGRAPHY) to arrange everything and capture this special event for us. Sharon and Ellery listened to our ideas and pitched ideas of their own. Before we knew it, Sharon was calling us with all the details from wedding venue, photo time and reception dinner reservations. On the day of our wedding, we flew into Nashville and checked into our hotel. Almost immediately upon our arrival, Sharon and Ellery were there to assist with anything to make sure we were ready and things were running smoothly on a tight schedule while capturing special moments with our small bridal party. We headed out to the Mansion to get married, everything timed perfectly, the small ceremony was beautiful and we arrived back to the hotel in plenty of time for more Christmas wedding photos before our reception dinner. Sharon took care of all of the details, making sure we had champagne flutes and flatware for cake cutting pictures. While there were a few minor mishaps on the part of the restaurant and bakery, Sharon relentlessly worked to see we were fully and overly compensated. Once we were home, we received our photos to view from Ellery and were just blown away at the moments he was able to capture. We received picture perfect wedding photos as well as those candid and intensely emotional moments. Placing our wedding in the hands of L&S and LASEWOD for all of our wedding needs was the best thing we could have ever done.
