Our very experienced home inspector (we used prior) felt so bad he gave us a refund, but also stated that he can't see through walls and relies on the discloser statement to point out areas of potential concerns to inspect. My real estate agent (buyer's agent) has made numerous attempts to discuss and resolve the undisclosed issues but Mr. Koster has NOT return emails or phone calls. Michigan is a buyer beware state and disclosure statements are a serious legal document designed to protect both parties in a property transaction. Mr. Koster's sellers might find themselves in court.
