Moved across the country to Virginia, with no furniture we wanted our first purchase to be good quality. So we decided to go to Ashley's. My husband and I decided to get a 2 pc reclining seat section. With the price 1500+ our salesperson was so eagerly helpful. We were told it's a 2-4 week wait on the furniture to arrive. Geez, that's a long time, it felt even longer with no living room furniture in our place, we called in 3 weeks later to see if our couches have arrived, the woman on the phone said couches would arrive the 28th great! We were stocked, the day before delivery we arrived to pay the delivery in advance, to our surprise the lady in the counter said our couches would be going into a 5th week, on top of that they would be delivered 2 days after the delivery date. REALLY? That's not what we were promised. She then stated " you can speak to your sales person if you'd like" but ofcourse they wouldn't be able to do anything about when we will have our furniture. So there was no point. Well, plans have been cancelled specifically for the delivery week were told, and unfortunately, we will still have no living room furniture. Ashley's furniture, you have beautiful merchandise. But the efficiency of delivery your product is disappointing. If I was explained ahead of time of all this delay, I wouldn't even bother. I'll go back, to watching movies on my ass with a pillow, until my 1500$ couches arrive. read more

Bottom Line: This location has numerous complaints ranging from service to quality of products. Eight complaints to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in the last three months at the time of this review. While shopping for a table we entered the Ashley Home Store and found a dining room table that met our needs. We purchased the table on 26 August. Six weeks later we are still waiting for our furniture. We have contacted the store three times and get a different story every time... we are waiting on chairs... we are waiting on the table... it will be here next week. The story is never consistent with the last contact. One thing that is consistent is their excuses; the delivery dates are only estimate, we are very busy, we don't control the shipping channels. Meanwhile, this company has taken payment without providing the promised merchandise. I would like to think our situation is a one-off and that this is not typical, however after reading reviews on their past service, I have determined this is the norm rather than the exception. At the end of the day if you sign a contract with this establishment you are leaving yourself in a bad situation as they have a nearly unlimited ability to renege on their promise of delivery while you are held to your promise of payment. A decent price and a guarantee of replacement is only as good as the company's ability to deliver on those promises. We had a GREAT experience with this Ashley HomeStore. Having spent the holiday weekend celebrating our Independence in the best way we knew how - by way of testing out nearly every bed at nearly every mattress store within a 10-mile radius of our house (at least 6+ places) - our quest to find a stellar deal on the softest mattress in all the land was nearly complete. We were pretty set to pull the trigger on a Posturepedic at Mattress Warehouse when my sister (who lives about 3 hours from me) INSISTED I check out the bed she and her fiance had just purchased for a great deal from Ashley a month or so before during a Memorial Day special. We were hesitant because Ashley doesn't SPECIALIZE in mattresses like the other places we were looking at and I'd heard mixed reviews about them but figured we'd go ahead and shut my sister up and give it a shot since we were in the area anyway. Sure enough, for perhaps the first time EVER, she was right. It was like sleeping in a CLOUD! Not even COMPARABLE to the other mattresses we tested. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Mike Dodson who clearly knew his stuff when it came to mattresses -- which believe it or not was a pleasant surprise compared to the other places we checked out who sell nothing BUT mattresses and couldn't even tell you how many fingers they had. Mike didn't try to force a sale on us like those other 'mattress dealers' or use any phony sales tactics like those other hoodwinks. Instead, he was simply diligent in answering our boatload of questions, explaining our product options, and reviewing warranty coverages (which was VERY refreshing considering how much of a headache the whole mattress shopping experience was for us navigating through the bullshit of overly confident sales guys and their 'compelling' elevator pitches that included lines like 'too bad you're purchasing tomorrow and not today cause I could give you a better deal!' and questions such as 'Well how do you KNOW you want a soft mattress?' - Uh...srsly?). To top it off, after we left the store, we even realized that Mike had stayed with us nearly 30 minutes AFTER closing to tend to our needs yet we never even felt one iota of being rushed. The icing on the cake was that he helped us score a STELLAR deal on our marshmallow...er...uh...mattress, which made our decision to purchase from Ashley a no-brainer. Mike literally saved us over $600 from the purchase we thought we'd be destined to make. It's ashame that you only shop for mattresses once a decade because I would totally come back here for my next mattress purchase in a heartbeat. Now, not only is Ashley on my radar, they're on my shortlist for future furniture purchases thanks to Mike. I've been on the lookout for a desk and a chest or something to put my fish tank stand on and without question I will be taking a closer look at Ashley's inventory and taking my business to Mike. My husband and I just bought a couch here and the experience wasn't the best. Our sales man, Naser, acted like he had better things to do and would check his phone and laugh as we were asking him questions. We had a way better sales lady at Value City furniture but found the couch we wanted at Ashley's. My living room set came from here. What a friggin nightmare. I paid a lot down and then financed the rest. The staff has no idea how to do math when you pay above the monthly payment. I had to show them and then ended up calling the regional manager because they still could not get it. I finally just paid it off after a few months instead of financing like I wanted to. Will be able to give 0 star, horrible horrible experience dealing with this company customer service. On January 2, 2021, we bought a sectional from them. We wanted to add an ottoman, and even though it was not on display the seller told us that there was one that was part of the set and it was included in the order. He never told us anything regarding the color of the ottoman, as he never told us anything regarding the return policies. Three weeks later we went to the warehouse and brought the furniture home. When the ottoman was opened it was a completely different color from the sectional, and it was dirty on one side. We immediately brought it back to the store to returned it. The lady at the office entered the information and told us it had to be approved by the return office, and we could take it to the warehouse. Got there just to be told they could not accept it until the return was approved. Back to the store to talk to manager, who basically said there was nothing he could do because he only manages the store, and that we will get a call in the next 2 days. They never called that time or the other 3 times we have tried to solve the problem calling to customer service. Last time we spoke to a customer service lady with a very bad attitude. She said we can get a credit, but not a refund. The store is to blame for selling something without specifying it was completely different from the sectional. Try talking to a supervisor only to get a voice message asking for my information, and of course I was never called back. Very frustrating, will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. read more

The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I purchased 2 pieces of furniture at this location and the warehouse was supposed to call me about the delivery within a week. Since I didn't get a phone call, I called them. The customer service person who answered the phone told me that my stuff was on back order for two weeks and the would give me a call when it arrived. I told him if I would have known it was back ordered I would have went elsewhere. Of course he mentioned that Ashley does not have a return policy. After various calls they delivered the dining set, which was poorly sets (the chairs weren't stable) and told me the other large piece of furniture would be back ordered again until the middle of December. This was the Worst experience ever,I will never order or recommend my family and friends from Ashley again. read more

I was told by Ms. Rose on 15 Apr that Ms. Chiquita will contact me on 17 Apr; about noon on 17 Apr I called and left a message for Ms. Chiquita and she did not return my call. Today 18 Apr about 12pm I called and left another message (via Ms. Renee) to have the Supervisor Ms. Hall to call me and again no return call. I just called back (via Ms. Adele) and was transferred to Ms. Ferrell; Director of Customer Care voice mail. I left my contact information on her voice mail. Whatever you can do to assist will be grateful. My next step is to file this issue with BBB in Richmond, VA. Update: I spoke with Ms. Ferrell; Director of Customer Care and she informed me that she will have a technician out on 21 Apr between 9am-12pm to repair the couch. Ms. Ferrell was genuine with her words of reassurance to fix this issue and as promised Mr. Gregory arrived to fix the couch. read more

I really wish I did not do business with this store. I purchased furniture 10/20 and it is 11/11 and I still do not have my furniture. Each time I call, the delivery date changes. I am so disappointed. I paid cash and they will only give me a store credit if I cancel my order. I don't want a store credit. I want my money back or my @&$ furniture. I won't shop there again. My wife and I bought a book shelf, a TV stand and a coffee table. First of all our sales lady (whom I won't name) lied to us about the delivery date, we were told the furniture would arrive within 10 to 14 days and when we called on the 15th day to inquire about delivery we were told about fine print in the contract that stated the delivery to be much later. When the furniture did finally arrive (after a month of waiting) we went to pick it up and paid the $25 assembly fee for the TV stand and coffee table because we were made to believe that it was complicated. After talking to the folks who assembled it I found out that all they did was take them out of the box and snap rollers onto the bottom of the coffee table, great! (and no refunds on that assembly fee) the tv stand had slight damage in the back but at least they managed not to mess up the coffee table. When we got home and unpackaged the book case we found that it was damaged in a few areas, one right in the front. After calling to complain we were again told about fine print in the contract, that our sales lady had also misrepresented, and asked if we would like to pay for a service call to have a technician come out to our house and fix the damage that they created. No, I would not like to pay you to fix your mistake! They at least were willing to ship a new shelf for us, lord knows when that will arrive. When did this world come down to fine print and misrepresentation of contract in lieu of doing what is right? To top it all off we paid too much for the furniture in the first place which I really didn't mind way back when I thought they were going to take care of us. PS. We also bought matching furniture that didn't match, and again were told about fine print that the manufacturer does not guarantee matching stain. read more

Do not accept the customer service rep's assurances that they will send out a repair tech to address any issues. I purchased a sofa on 1/10/15. I was quoted 2-3 weeks for delivery. When I called today (this was my second call) I was told it would arrive a the distribution center this weekend (2/14) and I should receive a call next week. Interesting enough, when I called 1/2/15 I was told it would arrive the weekend of 2/7. Next week will be 5 1/2 weeks since I purchased. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I will I could rank Ashley Furniture below a 1 star. This has literally been the worst experience of customer service from a Furniture I have ever experienced in 40 years (not an understatement). I'm presently waiting on a mattress to arrive that had to be delivered separately from new bedroom set (that took 5 weeks to arrive). Well, this is my second "no show," delivery. This is after it was specially coordinated by the manager at the store who sold us the furniture. Today's delivery had to be coordinated because we have had several scheduled attempts of this mattress, had it canceled one time because "it was delivered to the store and not the warehouse," and then phew... found by a manager and set to be delivered on time...just kidding...no showed and no called us to give us an update. The "care center" stated "we called to cancel the order the other day..." round and round ..and then came back with..."oh it didn't pass inspection.." so, after I still didn't get the truth, I requested to speak to a manager and was told they weren't available and would call me back in 24 to 48 hours....never got that call. The original sales manager attempted to coordinate this other delivery but, here I am ....crickets.... read more

***WARNING*** Don't pay cash for your purchase and "please consider picking up your own furniture!!! As stated several times on this site already, my experience with this store has been unpleasant to say the least. I purchased all the options (delivery, repair warranty, etc.) and none of it has worked as fast or efficient as told by the good salesman. Totally understanding that he has no control after the sale. I have since been dealing with my purchase of a dinette set since June 2016 (4 tables later and one excepted pending repair/replace). Once you have paid you are really stuck dealing with the untimely customer service, delivery at their convenience and proposals to fix/repair furniture that is supposed to be new without blemish when delivered. Then comes all the gate keepers at the warehouse that give you the run around when asking to talk with Ms. Ferrell, or any of warehouse management. I ended up going to pick my last chair up for the dinette set just to wait 2 weeks to find out from the repair technician that if the legs are off balance, there is no adjustment, but the manager at pick-up said there was. I am not going to write any more, but please know that all the complaints you see on this site are pretty much of the same issues, so "Buyer Be Ware". I found James to be honest and sincere when my wife and I went in to see him and ended up buying two recliners from him. I have always purchased my furniture from Ashleys but this most recent experience had made sure that will never happen again! I purchased couches on 9/4 and was told they would be ready for pick up on 9/11 which got delayed to the 19th, not a big deal. Since then they have not called to tell me anything, 19th came and went with no call so w I called them and was told they had no idea where my furniture was. On the 22nd they finally said it was changed the 25th, so today I call and now they are saying the 27th. No one can tell me if my furniture is actually going to be there or even cares that I have had no living room furniture for 2 weeks now. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was given attitude and then told by the supervisor there was nothing I can do and they would not refund my money because of their no return policy. Purchased a sectional on 8/29 and was told by salesman Nasir that it would arrive by 9/6. I called the store when I hadn't heard from them and was told part of it had arrived but still waiting on right side chaise. I was told it would be in on 9/17. I called on 9/17 and was not given an option for customer service because I guess that is closed on Mondays so I pushed 1 for sales. They hung up on me. I called back and when I said I was checking on my furniture there was silence. I said "hello" and she said yes I'm here. I explained I was just hung up on so I expect a response when I call, not dead silence. She gave me an attitude. She said it probably came in but not logged in system yet. I called back today and again was told that it probably came in but not logged in so cannot set up delivery. I wish I had read the other reviews. It seems like it's a theme with them. read more

I basically went in there for these affordable couches for my budget, they ended up tell me those couches will take 5 weeks to get delivered ( I just moved into my new home and have no furniture with a 3 months old baby.) with that being the case I opened up my options and budget and decided on another more expensive couch, which I was told would arrive in 2 weeks... 5 weeks go by and still nothing. I feel so taken advantage of and even with all the miscommunication they never reach out to explain the mishaps. They just let the dates go by and NEVER contact you. We came in to the store on 3-10-18 and was met at the door by a salesperson who first thing out of his mouth was "Why are you wearing shorts and then a strange look at me like I was gross. I have plaque psoriasis a skin condition and he felt the need to point it out and ask. Due to this he made us uncomfortable and we made a excuse why we did not want to deal with him. He then told us he is 100% commission and we counted as his turn and he would have to go to back of the line. So it is okay to insult me then guilt me. Great start. Stay away from this store!!! I ordered furniture in early December and was told I would have my delivery in mid January. January came and no follow up phone call to let me know the order was not ready and would not be delivered. I called and was told that order was delayed until the end of January. The end of January came and no call or follow up again. I call back and I am told the furniture is delayed until February. After much frustration and calling the store multiple times for follow up and information, NO ONE can give me a reason or and answer about why I don't have my furniture! They just tell me they will follow up with distribution and call me back yet NEVER CALL BACK!! I then asked for the manager who seems to ALWAYS be in a meeting and cannot take my call. I call back the first week of Feb and they tell me my order is in and they set up a delivery. Imagine to my surprise they show up with half my order and an item I did not order at all! They again have no idea what the status is of my furniture or why all of it was not delivered. Then I am told the other items are on back order until March now. SERIOUSLY ??!! The customer service is TERRIBLE and everyone there seems CLUELESS!!. They never seem to have an answer. They just continue to feed me a line of crap about the possible reasons for delay yet they had no issues taking my money. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I purchased an Ashley Furniture coffee table through Amazon. As I assembled it, I realized that the holes for the screws in one section of the base were not drilled properly and there was no way they could be tightened down, at least with the tools I had to work with. It seemed like good luck that there is an Ashley's Furniture store about 15 minutes away so I contacted them to see if I could either exchange my table with a like kind or even just see if they could help me with getting these screws tightened down, rather than packing it up and returning it to Amazon. I spoke to a couple sales guys at the store who didn't think it would be a problem, but they told me I had to contact their assembly warehouse which was a different location than the retail store. I called the warehouse but the woman I spoke would not even consider helping me since I purchased it on Amazon. All I wanted was for them to help me get this table properly put together. Buyer beware! Don't buy furniture from here! Just have to say worst customer service care ever. Got furniture delivered and shelving pegs were missing from my entertainment center. This was November 23rd. I was told they were ordered and a week later nothing. Called again and the lady said they were shipped yesterday will take 7 to 10 days. Well still nothing. Customer care finally called me back 12/11 and they were shipped out on the 7th should be here on the 17th. Apparently they have no control Of the parts department and every person I talked to was like oh well! Sorry we will give you a credit back of some sort, no way! Just an I am sorry that you have had your electronics sitting on your coffee table for 2 1/2 weeks now. Never ever doing business with them again! Of course nobody will call me or message about this bad review. 1/24/19: The entertainment center was broke and put together wrong, so Ashley sends a technician out to my house to look at it to verify what is wrong. He writes up a report and told Me someone would call within 5 days. Low and behold I come home to find 3 boxes with replacement parts. I call good ole customer care and they said oh you have to make an appt. to have a service technician come out and fix it now. Just to let you know, you can't pick a morning Or afternoon time, they call and give you a time they are going to be there. So basically they want you to take off work and don't pay you for your time that they are inconveniencing you for. Remember this is Ashley furnitures fault this is broke, not mine. So in order to not miss work you have to waste your Saturday to have someone come in your home to fix it. What would have been more convenient was to just order a new one, deliver that and Take the broken one to their own warehouse and fix it there. 1/26/19: The technician came out to fix the entertainment center and what should have been an hour, took over 2hrs because the original technician said the bottom piece was broke and he said it wasn't. So needless to say he originally put the same bottom piece back on which I didn't know until he put it all back together, it was still the same. So I look over on my chair where i had out all the new pieces and I asked him what this was and he said that was the new bottom piece. I said you didn't replace it and he said no because the bottom wasn't broken. Well it was warped and that is why it was not fitting together correctly. So he had to take the whole thing apart again and put the new bottom piece on and it came together better than it did before. Still some spacing, but I am done. Ashley furniture is horrible! Go to consumer affairs and you will see all the bad reviews about Ashley. Go to their Facebook page and read customer posts. Really sad, there are too many hands in the pot with this company. You get bounced around from person to person and nobody knows anything and you have to keep telling them your story over and over again. read more

I purchased two mattresses with adjustable bases six months ago and still have not received them. At the time of purchase, I was told that it would be two weeks until the beds could be delivered. This was due to one of the mattresses being out of stock. Since the time of purchase, I have contacted the store, customer service, and the shipping department numerous times. There have been several people who have tried to help, but unfortunately this issue is still unresolved. My elderly mother has been sleeping on a couch for over a month because her bed was supposed to be delivered the end of May. We disposed of the old bed to prepare for the delivery of the new one the next day. However, I received a call at 6 o'clock at night informing me that the bed was not on the truck as planned. I was told that management would contact me, but still nothing. Not only have we not received our much desired new beds, we have not been offered anything to make this right. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company as a whole. I would recommend doing business else where, if I were you. At this point, it appears that I will have to do the same. read more

I called the store to inquire whether they had the Bonita Spring Plush mattress because I've be sleeping on it at a relatives house for a couple of weeks and i liked the way it comfort my lower back and hips. The salesperson informed me that they had it; however, they delivered the Bonita Springs Firm Mattress. I wrestle all night long; the next day I suffered from a lack of sleep, and aches in my lower back. I ordered a Bonita Springs Plush Mattress on December 17, 2018; I inquired about delivery period and he said only two -3 days. He again said to me to expect the delivery by December 19, 2018. I took off work, and missed an evening meeting waiting on the delivery, but they never showed up. I called the Customer care talked to Sierra and Rose, and I was told the delivery is scheduled they would call me. Salesperson kept promising delivery dates, I still did not have my mattress after James told that they would deliver on December 21 FRIDAY, December 22, SATURDAY, December 24 MONDAY. However, the Mattress was delivered December 28, 2018, Friday, I was so happy it finally came, I signed the tablet trusting the company because it appeared to be the same mattress I ordered, but that night when I slept on it, it was so uncomfortable, it felt like a firm mattress, versus the plush. On December 29, 2018, I called the store to inform them of my restless night because it was very firm, and they told me that I have to sleep on it for 30 days to obtain the plush feel; then to send them a picture of the mattress on that same day. On January 1, 2019, they said no we need a picture of the label on the mattress with the model #. The model #did not match my sales receipt, they still did not admit a mistake in mattress. I told them this is fraud! I want you to come pick up the mattress I do not want it; it is not what I ordered. On January 2, 2019, I went to the store and Manager told me they would schedule a tech to come on his time schedule, and check the mattress. No tech yet. Manager said, after tech comes mattress of my choice will be delivered, and if I do not want it, they will remove the mattress. Even though I expressed, I do not want it they persistently refuse to remove the mattress. All this waiting to remove the mattress is so painful. They just prolonging the time. I will not be forced by Ashley Furniture to purchase a a uncomfortable firm mattress that didn't agree to buying. This January 15, 2019 and I have not slept on that mattress because of the headaches, lower backaches I suffered. I've been sleeping on an air mattress on the floor. Beware!!!!!!!! read more

Wouldn't even rate a 1 star. Horrible experience, which I will write up details about at a later time. In short, ordered a sofa, loveseat, oversized chair and ottoman for over $4k. All items were leather Ashley brand. Order took place May 20th, and it is now almost 4 months later and after 4 attempted deliveries all furniture has been delivered each time with damage. Ripped leather, broken framing, stitching coming undone. Beware! Once you purchase from the store, they tell you all issues have to be handled through their distribution center - T&T Distribution. It took many family members and myself to get anywhere, along with over 60 documented attempts and phone calls. (Almost like a full-time job having to deal with my order) In short, their customer service director and managers will tell you what you want to hear to give them a chance to fix the problem, that's if you get them on the phone. (Deannie and Joe) You give them a chance, they fail each time. Examples: they state they inspected something on the 3rd chance to deliver, and it is delivered with damage just like the 2 chances before. They stated they didn't want to take it out of the mfg wrapping to inspect, even though that's what was agreed to on the phone prior to the delivery. 4th chance, they said they looked at the furniture personally and it was perfect. Delivery was scheduled. I have to call in an hour after and ask where is my delivery, oops they pulled it because the warehouse manager noticed damage. Did it really get inspected initially by the management team? In total I have called over 60 times in the last 4 months. Some calls are answered within 5 minutes, other (a lot of the time) take more than 10 minutes. Be prepared to wait. Would not recommend doing businesss with any Ashley or Trivetts Furniture Store that uses T&T Distributions. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else as I am about to do. Already reported to Virginia Consumer Protection and BBB. In the end, I should have read other reviews about the delivery service used. You have no options dealing with the store itself because the Ed's will tell you it is the responsibility of T&T, and that the store only sells the furniture. No one takes responsibility from sale to delivery of the goods. *After reading the past reviews, I am sure Deannie will respond. So far in 4 months, I have been handed off to one of her support leads. As I stated before, lots of good talk but still no end in solving. Worst furniture store I've ever been to. Bought a living room set and a dining room table set from them (on the same day). Got the living room stuff when they said, but we didn't get our dining room table set for 3 (THREE) MONTHS, it was on back order and NO ONE from the store bothered to call and tell us, the freaking delivery people told us when they brought our living room set. On top of that, the love seat is having reclining problems and one of the legs of the dining room set came broken. Me and my girlfriend both left messages for the MANAGER to call us about the dining room set after we found out it was on back order....NEVER got a call back and we each left 2 messages. Finally went to the store in person and it was like he didn't even care. All he wanted to do was give us a gift card for the store. Just what we wanted, a gift card to a place we never want to go to again to buy over priced JUNK. We HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING this place like the plague. read more

I had a great experience with the store; I am very frugal with my money and was searching for a living room set, visited the Ashley's furniture and all surrounding stores in the Fredericksburg area for a few months. Kevin R. and team was very patient with me (with my several visits) and when I made my final decision they worked with me to get the price to what I was wanting to pay. Promptly as stated to me, I did receive a call for delivery and will be sooner than I had expected. I am very happy and pleased with the store, their personnel and the options to buy! read more

This place sucks when you order furniture don't expect to see it any time soon. I've been getting the run around for 2 weeks with each week a different delivery date oh and don't sit around waiting for them to contact you because they won't you have to call. This is the 2nd day I've had to call off because i was told it would be delivered and it hasn't. I will never order another thing from this company again worst experience I've ever had with a furniture store. At least when I ordered furniture from value city I got it the day I was told. So basically I'm still waiting for a call on another schedule date so yet I can take off another day and no show. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone its a complete joke and a headache. I had purchased with Ashley Furniture three times before this latest experience and had wonderful results. I had the salesman "James" was always upfront and helpful. furniture was delivered quickly and in good condition. The furniture is sturdy and exactly what I wanted. This last time I had a different salesman, I was told that the furniture would be in in 3 weeks, almost 4 months later I finally got my furniture after many issues. I was given delivery time, which was cancelled hours beforehand. The furniture I received had broken or damaged parts that have still not been resolved. The management was virtually unavailable or unhelpful. It was definitely a different experience. I don't know if they are under new management,but I am reluctant to return to them and am searching out other stores to bring my business to at this time. read more

We purchased a living room set online and had the couch start to peel, Ashley issued a store credit and I have to say Customer Care was great! We went into the local Fredericksburg Va store and we purchased a Damacio Glider Reclining Loveseat with Console in DARK BROWN, we also purchased a dining room set while we were there. When the delivery finally came 1 month later, the loveseat was white not brown. They took the white one back and told us to get with the sales department where we purchased it. I have called many times and spoken to 4 different people, Eddie, Josie, Nasurr (sp) and Adam, after having to call back many times I finally got a call that it will now be another month before we get the right one. They are quick to sell you something, but if the order goes wrong you are out of luck. Big sell day coming up, just be careful. read more
