(Renting to us and a second family below us) Flakey, never followed up on returning our security deposit after we repeatedly reached out. He would dodge contact and his property Manager Teresa was very combative and made the moving out process very difficult in many ways. One of which being scheduling viewings and then cancelling about three different times during our last month living there. Overall, they were very difficult and inconsistent/inconsiderate to work with. They did not treat us very courteously or honor the terms of our contract. Anyone wanting to work with Stewart, I would highly recommend reconsidering.

However, we regret extremely choosing to sign with him. Please make sure you read the fine print on everything he and his other companies/employees send you and do not feel obligated to sign with him. We got contractually stuck with him when selling our home became more difficult. Stuart works a lot and puts in long hours, but at the end of the day we didn't feel like we were his priority which we needed in our first home-selling experience. We also made the mistake of agreeing to let him use his other personal company he sold us on which was supposed to make selling and managing our properties easier, but that backfired on us and we got badly hurt financially because of it. And when we reached out to him and his team to let them know of existing problems, they charged us fees for individualized phone calls and emails.
