First, the owner decided to sell the house which is fine but I was notified with a realtor calling me and asking to schedule a tour. Nobody told me anything else before. Then when we moved out, they said they didn't have the document stating all of the damages when we moved in. During the whole move out process they were horrible at communication. They would randomly mention things I needed to do when i called them. They didn't call me to notify me, I had to call them. Lastly, I received an email with my security deposit refund however, they told me that I needed to work with the homeowner since they no longer hold the funds. So now I get to try to contact the owners which I have never spoke with and get my money back. Really unprofessional and I would stay away from this company at all possible.

No info passed on to the tenants as requested, does not even answer his phone. Big thing that was really a problem was the keys - how obvious is is that you need the keys when you buy a place! Finally promised to mail them, but never got around to it I guess.
