Absolutely the worst buying experience EVER! Wrong table delivered and after weeks and weeks of trying to resolve and be patient, all I've gotten is the run around from store employees and horrible service from their delivery office. Tony nor Tina has helped in any way and Alberta wants to raise her voice, talk over me, and hang up without hearing my complaints. I purchased a dining room suit right before covid, 2 of the chairs were damaged and their delivery team noted it; I have been talking to Tony; he still hasn't got my chairs or replaced them. What's even worse; every time I call, they pretend he is not there and they will have him call me back. Still waiting on his return call! I have purchased from them in the past but will never again. I am going to continue to call until they replace my chairs or get me 8 new chairs. Very bad business. read more

My family and I were walking around the store one of the workers kept following us and while we were leaving tje same woman and another lady were chasing us out asking why we didn't buy anything. Save yourself the drive and take a match to your cash at home. I can't return something due to Covid? I was told to "sign here and here" but never told to read any paperwork and express that I understood what I was agreeing to. I was never given any protective sheets as I sample several different beds and pillows. Staff walking around with no masks but they can't accept a return because "Covid." I'm fully vaccinated and was the only person wearing a mask inside to the best of my knowledge. And don't fall for the typical, "I'm just an old, soft spoken woman that wouldn't hurt a mouse" facade. She tries to put on a display of sympathy while not even trying to fake any effort of customer service. Let it sit and use it as a display model? Nope, can't do that because Covid...even though I put my head on 6+ different pillows. Offer to sell a different one at wholesale or even any form of a discount? Never crosses her mind. But they will tell you that they've never had a return of the product. Oh really?! Oh, it's because you don't take returns or exchanges, how beneficial to the business. Any movie you've seen where the grandmother is exposed as the antagonist behind a Werther's Original stained smile will give you an idea of what you are dealing with. I bought a dining room table from these people and one of the chairs broke and the general manager told me that they have a warranty on it and I told him to replace and now they refuse to do anything about it but yet I'm stuck making a payment every two weeks on this cheap ass shit. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else and also to top it off, I tried to cancel my order less that 24 hrs of ordering it and they told me that I could not cancel my order. How do you refuse a cancel if it's less than 24 hrs!?! read more

I would not buy anything from the LaGrange store!! It is privately owned so you do not get any of Ashley Furniture's return policy! The sales lady lied to my mom & I. She told us they have a return policy of 7 days after delivery. It's not true!! Now they are blaming Covid! If you want Ashley Furniture then please purchase from the Columbus store where you can make exchanges or returns!! The owner will not even return our calls! That's shady! I was wiling to purchase another mattress there that was suggested by the sales lady.
