There were a few great pieces in here. Was sad to see the majority was beige, gray, or brown. I did see burnt orange, green, black, & blue for good measure, but too far & few. Service? What service? No one greeted me. No one even acknowledged my presence and I did three laps around the store. I even sat on a couch & chair. But nothing. I wasn't expecting everyone to drop anyone they were assisting but, sheesh, at least acknowledge my presence. I snapped a pic of the items I liked. We are buying a house and needed a bunch of furniture. We needed couches and tables for the living room. A dining room set and a full guest bedroom set. We spent 2 hours with Reggie B. this morning. He was super helpful. He wasn't pushy at all while I literally sat on everything lol. He was patient and answered all our questions. There was a good sale of 25% off on everything. Incredibly unsatisfied with Ashleys customer service. My sofa was not assembled correctly by the delivery team, and one of the pillows is missing. Customer service is all automated and not helpful at all, failing to resolve the problem, just an endless cycle of asking for confirmation of contac tinfo or sending me to another link. Worst service I've ever received from any company anywhere. We have a new house but no furniture since the company screwed up our delivery. It's especially bad because we had multiple contacts with the salesperson and the company confirming our order and delivery. All they managed to deliver was a rug and even then all they did was throw it on the floor and leave. They wouldn't unwrap it or install it and I'm disabled so I can't do it. I now have to hire someone to do what I paid the store to do. Lousy attitude and lousy service. I have to stay in a hotel for two nights because we have no furniture. Never again. We just moved to Las Cruces from Iowa. I had 3,000 I wanted to spend on a table & chairs. I paid $2,700 on a huge table & 8 chairs. Paid the $99 for delivery for the following day since we were buying it off the floor. The next day they said they didn't have a spot for us on the delivery, so ended up we had to go pick it up. It's was extremely heavy & awkward! I had to wait about a month to get my $99 refunded. They are definitely lacking in the good attitude area & were not very kind about it. The really nice man that helped us was asking questions on my behalf & the ladies sitting behind the desks in back of the store were SO rude to him. He was an older gentleman & they were younger. I'm not saying I won't be back, but I've been going to furniture row for my stuff now that I have been buying for our new home, since they are amazing there!! read more

What a joke. Had two mirrors delivered one is broke. Called the store lady tells me they will put in order for new one and have manager call me back nothing. Call two days later lady tells me the same thing. So nothing was done the first time. Call today nope no order has been put in for another mirror and not sure when this other manager will call me back and they wouldn't even put the manager on the phone. She said it would be better if I brought the mirror to then then they could order another wtf you can't now? It's like talking to a wall. They had called said they needed directions to my house when I was telling they got you could tell she wasn't paying attention. When the guys came to drip it off they called said they couldn't find it. I said did they give you the directions? No the office didn't give them anything. Great customer service After a week of getting the run around I go into the store the lady who owns it is a complete bitch to say the least she seems to think she has a say so in what is gonna be returned and what's not even though they dropped off a broken mirror. A month now still no mirror and just getting the run around. I will never do business with this place again!!! read more

Buyer Beware! My Dad bought an electric recliner lift chair. The 1st one was too hard and he exchanged for a different one! You only have "so many hours" to have in your home and then you can't return. Well, this one also has very little padding and still VERY uncomfortable!! The owner will not bend in any way to fix the problem and no refund was her only answer! Make the trip to El Paso instead. Lazy Boy has a great warranty and 109% satisfaction policy! Too bad. Ashley homestore lost my business today. Walked in to purchase some pieces for a new home. Browsed for at least 30 minutes. I happened to be shopping alone today. Sales people all around me, but they were more interested in greeting and assisting small families and couples. Purchased furniture online at 10 pm on Sept 29th and by 10 am next morning got email it would arrive on Dec 31st. So I called and canceled order and was told I could Check the store for merchandise which I did and purchased from store and the store delivered one item that I order online on Oct 1st. Now they never sent me any furniture from the online order I canceled and they charged me the online order that was canceled. I call to dispute they tell me it will take 90 days to resolve however they tie up your disputed amount which in my case leaves me with mix and match furniture. I have perfect credit and may have to take legal action if not corrected as we are talking about 3000.00 that is in disputed where none of this furniture was received. Doesn't seem so hard to look at there records and inventory to resolve sooner than 90 days. Very disappointed that my credit is tied up on disputed amount. read more

Lovely store. My husband and I went in to get an idea on a headboard for our king size Temper Pedic. We were greeted by Lynda. We told her what we thought we were looking for and she brought us to the most amazing head board/frame we'd ever seen. The idea we were looking for turned into much more. We also mentioned that our couch buying experiences in the past had been terrible and we always ended up with furniture we didn't like and that we'd be looking for some in the near future. Long story short, we ended up buying the head board and two beautiful, high quality leather couches. Lynda took us to pieces in the showroom that fit us perfectly. She was wonderful. My wife and i ordered a $700 entertainment stand and was assured by the salesman if i didn't want a white glove delivery I would only have to assemble minor parts ie.. doors and door knobs. After waiting 2 months for the stand they deliver a box not assembled at all. I spoke to the owner who was extremely rude and asked her to waive the $99 delivery fee due to the salesman misrepresenting what was to be delivered. She didn't want the drivers to build it at my house and asked them to bring it back to Las Cruces from Alamogordo to assemble due to them not having proper supplies. Then said i could come get it for free or pay $99 and wait until next Saturday to have it delivered again! I will never ship at this company again. we have spent $4K there in the last 4 months and this is how they treat their customers. Straight garbage. The owner has a plethora of terrible reviews and obviously doesn't care. Do not reccomend this horribly represented company and i will be contacting their headquarters regarding the owners attitude. read more
