    The sales people were nice in this store, but I will never buy from this company again. The delivery men were extremely rude, they charge $100 for an install fee when all they had to do was screw on the legs of my couch. And the couch was such poor quality, I was shocked (loose threads all over, haphazard, random staples, a hole at the bottom, blocky, hard arm rests, and the cushions were not the same ones in the show room). The show room had velcro at the bottom of the cushions, which is what I wanted, and they arrived with none. When I called about it they sent a third-party repair guy who only works 1 day a week in each area, so if he was busy, you had to wait another week. The cushions sent were the wrong ones again, no velcro and even different sizes, it turns out they have 2 locations that can make the furniture 2 different ways, and you don't know what you're going to get, beyond ridiculous. When the correct cushions came the velcro had all these threads and fuzz stuck to them, like they weren't even new. It took 2 months after the couch delivery to straighten everything out, and the company never sent an email or courtesy call to check if everything was ok, it was all in the hands of the outsourced guy who was clearly stretched thin, although very nice and communicative, unfortunately he is not an Ashley employee. During my experience, I heard from 3 other people that had horrible issues with Ashley (also poor quality, sending wrong pieces, and taking forever to rectify). They could be giving away furniture and I still wouldn't put a foot in their door.

    This company delivered and ordered the wrong couch! So upset! I already waited two weeks now I have to wait another week!

    Very upset,! They delivered wrong couch. So it turns out the sales team ordered the wrong couch. On top of waiting two weeks for delivery now I got wrong item! I'm having house warming party on Sunday that's being catered...now what am I supposed to do ?! I have no living room! The least this company could have done was given me a discount or reimburse me some money for aggravation. I have to replan my event and Catering... I don't know how this is all going to work out, I'm so annoyed...

We had tried out a Big Box mattress store chain just to see what's out there and it was the most awkward experience and the salesman lacked the confidence and knowledge of their stock that they couldn't recommend anything that worked for us. So, I was THRILLED to walk into 2 Mattress Men and meet George who was an excellent salesman. He asked what I was looking for in a mattress, and the very first mattress he showed me was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He was a really nice guy and gave us a great deal, and they also offered free shipping and they take away your old mattress. The price was great for a nice Sealy mattress. The store was also really nicely laid out and the LIGHTING! Most big box stores have awful fluorescent lighting that makes you feel like you're under an interrogation spotlight. 2 Mattress Men had a wonderfully lit store, almost like bedroom mood lighting. I appreciated that for a store that sells something for sleep. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a no-nonsense sales approach.

The new "one sided mattresses" are built stronger and will last. So a year later my bed starts to sag. I call and I ask about the warranty. Would you believe that the sales associate blamed me for not rotating the bed enough. Blaming the customer??? He told me that, "I was not using common sense." How rude is that? He tried comparing it to using common sense when you rotate tires on a car. Very, very, rude! It's common sense that their warranty's are a scam. Blaming the customer for "not rotating enough" is a trick to get the customer to keep the poor quality mattress longer so there warranty (that they don't honor anyway) will expire. Yeah it's the customers fault. It was my fault for letting someone lie to me about the quality of there mattress. It was my fault for buying there mattress, it's my fault for believing that they will honor there warranty and it's my fault for bothering the poor sales associate because I'm unhappy with the product. Yes my fault. Well, I leaned my lesson. I will not be coming back to this store again and I will not buy another Sealy. I will pass the word on to all my friends and family too.

    So when it came to the store. It was clean and there was a tone of furniture, kitchen sets, living…read moreroom sets and bedroom sets. Or you can get individual items. The less expensive stuff is a little cheaper made but still very nice. The sales team is excellent and they are nice and go above and beyond to help not only make a sale but to make sure everything after goes well. Delivery and installation is where things went wrong. Tabel and chair's had been delivered with a little damage, the table was put to gather wrong so the legs were super shakey and they left wood staples hanging from the bottom of the table. Now the Bob's way is that if anything is done wrong or damaged they will come fix it. So we set a date and time and the only time they had was 5 days later so I was left with a shakey tabel that had metal sticking out. I have a wife and kids I now had to inform couldn't sit at our new table. On the day to arrive they were 2hrs late and I had to go to work and reschedule. I did inform the customer service of this and that I was very upset. The soonest they could reschedule for was a week later. So another week before we could use our new dining room table. Finaly the service guy came on time fixed everything made the tabel look good and work the way it should. So I called customer service to see if they would remove the $69 delivery and installation charges well no I had received a $25 giftcard for the inconvenience and $25 giftcard for the service tech missing his time. So I will just deal with this and apply these cards to my credit card and they say no it's only good for in store purchases the stuff at this store on the cheap side is none existence. I tried to explain the delivery and installation was what caused so many problems so I didn't think I should have to pay for it but they kept saying this is there policy. With this being said I say if u are picking up something go there and pick it up. If u need it to be delivered go somewhere else. There are other furniture places.

    I had good service upon purchasing our furniture from Bobs. The selection was good, had lots to…read morechoose from. BUT.....DO NOT PURCHASE THE " Goof proof" warrantee. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE PURCHASE WARRANTEE. I PAID $199.00 for this warrantee. I got no help when i looked into the springs that loosened in the spot i sit on most frequently. MAD AS H#%} customer!
