We had tried out a Big Box mattress store chain just to see what's out there and it was the most awkward experience and the salesman lacked the confidence and knowledge of their stock that they couldn't recommend anything that worked for us. So, I was THRILLED to walk into 2 Mattress Men and meet George who was an excellent salesman. He asked what I was looking for in a mattress, and the very first mattress he showed me was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He was a really nice guy and gave us a great deal, and they also offered free shipping and they take away your old mattress. The price was great for a nice Sealy mattress. The store was also really nicely laid out and the LIGHTING! Most big box stores have awful fluorescent lighting that makes you feel like you're under an interrogation spotlight. 2 Mattress Men had a wonderfully lit store, almost like bedroom mood lighting. I appreciated that for a store that sells something for sleep. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a no-nonsense sales approach.

The new "one sided mattresses" are built stronger and will last. So a year later my bed starts to sag. I call and I ask about the warranty. Would you believe that the sales associate blamed me for not rotating the bed enough. Blaming the customer??? He told me that, "I was not using common sense." How rude is that? He tried comparing it to using common sense when you rotate tires on a car. Very, very, rude! It's common sense that their warranty's are a scam. Blaming the customer for "not rotating enough" is a trick to get the customer to keep the poor quality mattress longer so there warranty (that they don't honor anyway) will expire. Yeah it's the customers fault. It was my fault for letting someone lie to me about the quality of there mattress. It was my fault for buying there mattress, it's my fault for believing that they will honor there warranty and it's my fault for bothering the poor sales associate because I'm unhappy with the product. Yes my fault. Well, I leaned my lesson. I will not be coming back to this store again and I will not buy another Sealy. I will pass the word on to all my friends and family too.

We called customer service and they scheduled a new delivery for a week out. I said that's unacceptable. I planned around this and my daughter needs a bed to sleep on. So I asked if I could drive to where it was gonna be shipped from myself and pick it Which was about an hour away. They said yeah that's fine. They would hold it there, And that I could pick it up in two weeks. They added an extra week for me to pick it on myself, which made no sense. Now the delivery I had today for my own bedroom set one of the rails was broken But still usable. They said they needed to take it back so that they can get a new one. I said, can you just leave this one here for now because I already Got rid of my old bedroom set in anticipation for this new one. They said I could keep the broken piece, but then they wouldn't be delivering a replacement. I said that makes no sense. I obviously don't want this broken piece and if they really want it back so bad why can't they just take it when the new one gets delivered so that I can at least use a bed and not have to sleep on my couch for days. They told me I had no options. You would think when somebody spends 8000$ with you and you have both of these kind of mess ups, they would at least waive the delivery fees. Instead, they chose to do nothing. I planned on buying more furniture through them, but I will not waste my time and money. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Bought over 6 thousand dollars of furniture. 2…read morerecliners had to be returned after 60 days as material pilled, looked like someone urinated on the furniture. Bought a king size mattress, started to sag after 8 months on my husband's side. Called customer service, waited 2 days for a return call. We have a service plan on the furniture. Customer service stated the plan doesn't cover mattresses but she "would do something for me", neglecting to mention the mattress has a 10 year warranty. The gentleman who was to evaluate the mattress took 3 days to call me. Wanted to come out Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Just wasn't possible on our end. Made an appointment for the following Monday. Here it is the work day half over, no call no show. No response from customer service. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. The store doesn't return calls either. Would definitely not recommend this store. Great before the sale, a nightmare after. Addendum: After finally reaching the local store and threatening to throw the mattress on the showroom floor, customer service reached out and will be here between 12n and 4pm. Another wasted day waiting. Why does one have to get so extreme before any action is taken?

The chair got damaged so I filed a claim. The chair was no longer available so I was given a $700 store credit to purchase a new one. Couldn't find a chair to match my room, so had to pay $100 up charge to get the chair I wanted in a different fabrication. Then I was hit with a $350 delivery charge!!!
