I received my meal but had not ordered coffee. I asked the server for it and she just pointed to the computer screen and, yes, I had to enter their system to order a cup of coffee. A good place to sit and read while you munch, waiting for your family member to complete their medical item.

I strongly advise to use Atrium Healthcare which is the better choice. Novant is the worse I have ever experienced.

Dr. Taylor is absolutely amazing--knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. The entire staff reflects that same level of professionalism and kindness. You're always greeted warmly, and the office is clean, organized, and well-run. One thing I really appreciate is the efficiency--there's rarely a long wait, and they do their best to work you in when something comes up unexpectedly. That level of care and consideration goes a long way. I've also seen Dr. Anderson for sports medicine, and he was just as great--thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. So after taking information from my peers, I went to the interwebs and started searching and searching. After a few searches I came across the website for Dr. Brandon and I was impressed with what I saw. They are a women focused center that focuses on compassionate care. I made my appointment very easily after confirming that they were indeed taking new patients and my insurance. After setting up appointment via phone, I received an email on setting up an account but I ignored this at first. I had to end up rescheduling and called to do and that was a breeze but after the fact, I realize that if I had set up my account online I could have did that online as well. Finally going to my appointment, I walked in and it was the most calm and serene doctor's office that I have ever been in. Quiet but good music. Very helpful receptionist. I went back quickly and the nurse took her time with me. She talked to me and listened to all of my concerns and addressed all my questions. After I spent a good amount of time with the nurse, Dr. Brandon came in and sat down and talked with me too. It was a nice meet and greet before you know getting down to the socks and in the stirrups. The actual visit was easy and no complaints. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brandon to anyone that asked. Since my visit, I have set up my account online and this feature is the greatest. I cam make appointments, view my results and even reach out with a question or ask for a refill on a prescription. Incidentally, Lyrica was prescribed because of neuropathy in my feet. He listened to my chest and complained about his previous Employer Novant Health, no standard questions, no foot examination. it was hard to decide to leave this practice after over 20 years, because doctor Larsens assistant, Aja, was equally as competent as Dr. Larsen.
