Plus, I always love support small businesses rather than going to a franchise. The energy within the environment/therapist play a huge role when I make my decisions on my self care. Bonnie was very communicative, friendly, takes the time to listen to you, and has a passion for what she does as a LMT. Communication is key in any massage sessions and she does a great job at that by asking about pressure, if comfortable when turning/pillow placement, etc. The energy within the room during my session allowed me to feel safe and very relaxed. That says a lot coming from me as I do have a hard time "letting go" due to the stress I hold within myself. Once the session was complete, then I was not rushed at all and grab the cute little snack/mint/water and met her outside the door to talk about my experience/what to do next.
